Splash is a family oriented resort . Our 1 Bedroom CONDO is ocean-front and has a king-sized bed in the master plus a hallway twin bed with pull out trundle bed underneath the twin bed and couch in the living area so the unit is ideal for a family of four. There is a mounted television for DVDs (no cable) in the hallway above the twin bed and trundle bed for the kids. There are large flat screen TVs and DVD players in the living area and the master suite with cable. Splash has many amenities including an interactive play pool with water slides, a lazy river ride, toddler splash pad, two large pools (pool heated during off season), hot tub, fitness center overlooking the beach, mini bowling alley and video arcade. Plus, there is even an Alvin's Island for shopping.
Splash is located within a 15-20 minute drive of the new Northwest Beaches International Airport in Panama City. Splash is located on the quiet, west end of Panama City Beach, yet still close to everything. It is conveniently within minutes of many attractions including the new city pier, museums, theaters, galleries, parks, restaurants, and retail shopping at Pier Park. Golf and sport fishing is available virtually year round.
The historic Highway 30A is mere minutes away and offers an unparalleled number of first class restaurants and seafood dives. Everything from 5 star dining experiences to old style bar and grills are available along 30A. Just ask and we will send you a link to a great guide to historic 30A.

This is the ultimate pristine beach area for the family or a quiet outing for adults. This 180 acre park provides swimming, beachcombing, nature study, hiking and both freshwater and saltwater fishing. Camp Helen, in our opinion, is one of the hidden treasures of Panama City Beach. It does not get the tourist traffic that some areas experience and, as a result, is a great getaway. Bring your camera!

About: We live in Birmingham, Alabama and have always enjoyed our trips to the beaches of Alabama and Florida. We spend so much time there that we decided to go ahead and purchase a vacation condo at our favorite spot. This is our family's unit and not part of a large group of rental units.
Why Splash:
It is conveniently located on the Panhandle and very family-oriented. We love the quiet west end of the Panama City Beach area. We are minutes away from the many bars and restaurants in Panama City Beach but without the crowds and traffic. Just to the west you will find our favorite areas. From the pristine Camp Helen State Park to the many restaurants and unique hot spots along Highway 30A. 15 minutes in either direction and you will find 5 star dining or a family friendly water park. Its a little something for everyone!
