Rustic, new log cabin in the Smoky Mountains with beautiful views of the mountains from your deck, swing on the front porch, and hear the noisy trout stream/river rush by. This log cabin has all the amenities to make for a breathtakingly beautiful vacation and or extended weekend retreat. We have used some of the old west charm, including antler chandeliers, antlers for some door handles, wall of stone for the fireplace and mantel. This property is beautifully landscaped.
Oh that walking, running, hiking, etc. is so tiresome. Smell the fresh air. Watch the mountain laurel, trilliums, and rhodendendrums bloom, or just bring a book and let time pass. Go arrowhead hunting, rock and gem searching. Visit virgin forests, see views and waterfalls that cannot be beat. Yes, we have central heating and air... IF you must.
Bikers welcome. Ride the "Dragon" @ Deals Gap with about 300 curves in 11 miles. Other nice rides also nearby.
Tie up your horses partner and come sit a spell. We will love it too. See you all soon we hope.
