The kitchen was completely redone in 2009 and many other upgrades were done over the past years. Stay on the Rt bank of Paris, only steps away from Notre Dame or the Louvre.

We don't have a lot of rules but those we do have, we ask you to
respect:
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (if you would like to smoke, please go down into the courtyard or street downstairs)
NO PETS
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE
NO LUGGAGE BEING DRAGGED in the apartment on the hardwood floors.

Owner Policies:

Minimum Stay: 1 month
Depending on the season, Sometimes negotiable.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information: 45 days prior to arrival, upon confirmed balance of payment. Later for last minute reservations.
Check-In Time (PST):4:00 p.m.
For early check-in please request at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Check-Out Time (PST): 11:00 am. Late check-outs (without prior approval) will be charged if access by housekeeping staff is delayed.
For late check-out, please request at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Deposit for stay is non-refundable.
Balance of Payment refunded only for dates replaced at replacement rate minus 4%.
Smoking: Absolutely no smoking.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Before arrival, after departure & every 5 days for stays of 8 or more nights. Maintenance Emergencies: Contact name and phone number will be provided. Guest Stay Contract: Required for confirmed booking.
Please sign and date this Guest Agreement and fax back to us, agreeing to the terms of use of our home.
Delayed Arrivals: No refund on late arrivals
Maximum Sleeping Capacity: 4
Minimum Age Requirement of Responsible Renter: 25 years old.
Late Reservation Payments: Failure to pay by due date will result in automatic cancellation without refund of deposit.
You may rebook if space is available and no deposit will be charged
