We are an exceptional vacation rental with the most desirable location on the Olympic Peninsula. We are footsteps away from Olympic National Park! Yes our back yard is the park. Walk along trails across a sparkling creek to the O.N.P. visitor center from this home. Hike 6.2 miles round trip up park trails from the back door.
You can walk to downtown from here 1 1/2 miles ,go to the movies, live theater, concerts and shopping!
This home towers over the town and Port Angeles harbor. Watch the cruise ships sail by all lit up! Huge cargo ships and tankers pull into our port.
We are the perfect location to Forks Twilight tours. It is an easy drive to visit our local Vampire and Werewolf families.
Take the ferry to Victoria or Friday harbor or better yet go on a Whale Watching cruise ,you will never be disappointed.
Go charter fishing and catch your own salmon to take home. Or fish free in Lake Crescent for huge Beardslee trout! Explore the Elwah river valley where our historical damn removal project is underway. You'll be one of the few to see the lakes in the O.N.P. for the last time.

Traveling with 4 children (2 of my own [ages 3 & 7], plus niece/nephew [13 & 14]), this home was the perfect fit for us. We used it as our home base on our "Twilight Adventure" to Forks. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it was quite comfortable. The owner is correct in stating that the only thing the guests need to provide is food. The yard was roomy for the kids to play in. There's even a grill. Though the house is good for young kids, it's certainly not baby-proof, though a well-behaved (and supervised) child will be fine. The teenagers especially liked having wifi throughout the house. The pictures are very accurate, except the one of the view: you just can't capture the beauty in a picture! Simply breathtaking! I highly recommend the Harborview House, if you're visiting the area. It was just delightful!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I have owned and operated a barber shop in Port Angeles for 25 years. This town is amazing, we have the friendliest people here! I enjoy hiking, biking ,,kayaking, and just being outdoors here is so easy. Skiing in the winter and swimming Lake Crescent in the summer. Come join the fun!! All of my guests have been over whelmed bt The Harbor View home.

Loved the characteristics of the home. Cozy warm, unique with constant entertainment going on looking out the huge picture windows.The yard is in three levels with a small orchard on the middle level, a huge parking lot for your R.V. and fresh wild flowers and raspberries for the picking on the lower level
