  Sue's Promise is truly a little bit of paradise. Charles and Charlie are some of the nicest people we could ever hope to meet. Picture perfect. We will be back. Thank you guys for a wonderful Christmas vacation.

  This place was the perfect keys location. Not so far down that you spend the whole day driving but far enough to feel the keys vibe! The apartment itself was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable! We were told there was a ramp where we could launch our 22' boat two miles north of the property, but it turned out to be a beach ramp for jet skis or smaller boats. However, we kept driving to Fiesta Key where the campground let us use the ramp and store the trailer for a small fee. This worked out perfectly and we were very happy with the arrangement. There's a fantastic breeze that comes across the dock out back and the two lounge chairs were a great spot for a nap and star gazing with a glass of wine in the evenings! We will definitely be back this place truly was the perfect keys getaway!!

  Great price, great people and what an amazing view . Thanks Charles for giving us a fantastic vacation . If you are looking for a beach cottage rental then look no further , this is paradise

  Sweet accommodating people and spacious beautiful clean cottage! At first we had some trouble finding Sue's Promise, because we showed up way later than intended and some flooding made the road impossible to see in the dark! Charlie was extremely patient in guiding me via phone to the cottage. Charles Sr. was also remarkably accommodating! We had a great time and would love to visit again! Thank you!

  The house was very clean and comfortable . The extra long dock with tiki hut was great for swimming and snorkling. The owner was VERY nice and helpful. A wonderful place for a family getaway. It's a great location in the Keys.

  My fiance and I have traveled many places and our stay here is one that we hope to repeat again and again. The hospitality of the owners was wonderful, whether it be a piece of fishing advice, or some friendly assistance at retrieving a sunken cellphone they where willing to help with anything we asked. We hope to return as soon as we can and suggest you check it out.

  My boyfriend and I rented the bay unit for just under a week. Beautifully landscaped grounds. The owners were very accomodating and knowledgeable about everything local, especially the fishing. The property has a really nice sizeable pier/dock with a tiki hut with table and chairs. We fished right off the dock and I did some snorkeling just outside and was very pleasantly surprised by two manatees that I got to swim/play with. Wish the trip was longer!

  My wife, two teenage boys, and I, stayed in this spacious and well appointed ground floor 1 bedroom flat for a week in march, and had a fantastic time. The grounds are large with gardens; ample parking; large bayfront pier with a scenic tiki hut; paddling or boating from your door; beautiful sunsets; relaxing evenings. The middle Keys location has easy access from Miami and the mainland, and on to Key West. Looking forward to a return visit!

  The apartment was large and well apointed. The owner was very accommodating and quite helpful with giving us some local advice. The gardens are beautiful and the property has a large private pier. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to anyone.
