For your convenience, a small Publix grocery plaza is less than a five minute walk down the street. Numerous scrumptious restaurants, cafes and nightlife establishments are within minutes from your vacation home. Some of Florida’s most pristine white sand beaches and popular fishing areas are nearby. The famous Boca Grande Causeway - the gateway to its exclusive beaches, world-class fishing and unique village of shops and restaurants - is less than five minutes from your door. The rustic, uncrowded white sand beaches of Englewood are approximately 12 minutes away. Two marinas and a ferry terminal for the two minute passage to pristine Palm and Don Pedro Islands is practically just down the street. Or, if your appetite is for a more cosmopolitan day or night out, Port Charlotte, Venice and Sarasota are all within reasonable driving distances for your shopping and eating pleasure. Golf anyone? You are located directly on a golf course, with several others very close by.

But why leave home when your villa offers everything you want from a Florida vacation. Enter your home into an elegantly decorated open-concept main room, with beautifully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen all within your view. Through expansive glass-sliding doors, pass through the living room to the pool and screened lanai which offers day-long sun. At the property’s edge, you are surrounded by tropical mature trees to ensure your constant privacy away from the bother of neighbors and other distractions. However, if you look towards the end of the trees, you can take in the 18th hole of one of the areas most exquisite golf courses.

The fully appointed bright and open kitchen offers a counter with stools for a soothing drink or bite to eat. Cook or entertain to your heart’s delight. The open concept provides uninterrupted site lines for ongoing conversations, whether in the kitchen or main room. At one end of the kitchen, you can relax in a sun-filled breakfast nook that exits out to your inviting pool area.

As a bonus, spend your day in the more secluded family room, fully equipped with cable-TV, DVD, stereo, and wireless Internet. The room also has glass-sliding doors that take you directly to the pool area. If you must phone home, your call will be free as all North American long distance is included. You’ll find two other comfortable and private bedrooms located on the opposite wing of the main room, divided by their own bathroom. One of the rooms has a queen-size bed, while the other bedroom has a twin-size bed, with convenient additional trundle bed that pulls out from beneath. Both are exquisitely and beautifully appointed.

This 2200 square foot beautiful and private home was built in 2004, so it is new and well kept. The luxurious furniture and appointments will have you melt your troubles away as you enjoy the beauty and serenity of every moment during your valuable down-time. Every bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. Wireless Internet will let you surf from anywhere in the house. Washer/dryer and garage parking are provided for your convenience.

There is tremendous selection for travel by car to and from international airports. Sarasota and Fort Myers are approximately 45 minutes away. Air transportation is also convenient from Tampa (about 1 3/4 hours), Orlando (approximately 2 ½ hours) and Miami (3 1/2 hours).
