Manatee Haven is a 6 year old, upscale, non-smoking, beachview home that offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with an elevator to all three levels. It is professionally decorated, has a large private screened pool and spa located in a large private screened patio that encompasses all three levels of living area. Our home offers every amenity for its guests, including access to the private North Captiva Island Clubs facilities, Wi-Fi Broadband internet connection and a private beach just 500 feet away.
The first level of Manatee Haven has four bedrooms, two kings, one queen and two twins, in addition to two full baths. Each of the bedrooms is fully tiled and beautifully appointed with island themes. There is DIRECTV for three of the bedrooms and a PlayStation 2 is in the special twin bedroom suite for the kids. There is also a private screened lanai off the master bedroom that overlooks the pool and patio.
The second floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with Corian countertops and a bar for an enjoyable breakfast or lunch. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Gulf views from a Natuzzi leather sectional, watch 450+ DVD's on a 42" LCD/TV, or listen to 120+ CD's on a Stereo with IPod input. A dining area is off the kitchen and has a full glass/wood table with extensions and six chairs. In addition there is a bar with a separate small refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. In addition there is a full bath on the second level. A 25 foot lanai is off the great room and faces the Gulf where you can take pleasure in the view and relax with the Gulf breezes. The lanai features a patio table, an electric grill and chaise lounges for relaxing.
From the screened lanai there is a spiral staircase that leads to an observation deck with a grand 360-degree view of North Captiva Island, the gulf, bay and surrounding islands. A telescope is available to view the universe. A screened heated 15 by 32-foot pool along with a hot tub and a large screened patio are on the ground level. Swim laps, play pool games of basketball, volleyball, or just sit and relax in the spa. A private hot/cold shower is available off the pool and a Weber charcoal grill is ready for your poolside dining. A golf cart is included with your rental. We will continue our association with Save the Manatee Club as we did with our previous home on Captiva by adopting a manatee in your name with Save the Manatee Club.
