  First time for me using a website to rent from a private owner and I was pleased with how smoothly things went, the owner Jody was easy to contact through phone/email and after booking sent us an info package with a number of good recommendations - checking in/out was no problem. We really enjoyed the balconies - the pool was absolutely amazing, we spent so much time relaxing either by the pool or in it. Really comfy beds, nicely equipped kitchen, great location - quiet but close enough to main area to walk. Would definitely recommend!

  I recently stayed at this property for 10 days during my trip to Jaco. The desription of the property was very accurate. Jody was very helpful sending out pre trip information, and was available to help answer any questions. The Location was 50 paces to the beach, a short walk to town, but very quiet and peaceful at night.The rooftop deck was perfect for your morning coffee or great view of the sunset. I would highly recommend this property.

  We had a great time! The location was perfect - right on the beach. The pool was beautiful. We rented bikes and rode into town for anything we needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the balconies and the roof top terrace. We'll be back!

  I had a great time in CR. Thank you so much for all your help. Bahia Azul is a great place to stay, very relaxing and convenient. Fishing was great too. One day I caught 9 sailfish and a 350 lb blue marlin!

  We had a wonderful time! Your home in Costa Rica is everything you could ever want, it is fabulous. Love the sunsets on the rooftop and we appreciated all of your tips. They were extremely useful.

  I have stayed at Bahia Azul 4\5 times and in different units on and off since 2008. This unit in my opinion is one of the best units. Its furnished with the most tasteful furniture and is very comfortable. Unlike some of the other units it has two TV's that are large, so if you dont feel like going out and you are used to larger TV's your set. It's well maintained and you have one of the best views on the property, and its proximity is perfect. All in all its an outstanding condo and perfect for any vacation! The owner of this unit goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. You can walk to town within 10 minutes or less. You dont even need a car. They can arrange any tour, transportation, cleaning, whatever you like they take care of it for you.

  The condo is in excellent condition and I was very impressed with the decor. It exceed expectations and was very clean and well maintained. It is located on the top floor with an incredible roof top section with tables and chairs and an incredible view. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! Plenty of beach towels and a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella which were unexpected. Also only a 5-10 minute walk to mains street in Jaco and right on the beach.

  This condo is awesome. The location is quiet but still close to the main street in Jaco. The views from the rooftop deck are unbelievable. We could not figure out how to use the blender and I emailed the owner and heard back in a few minutes. I cannot imagine have a better place to spend a week or a few days.

  From the first phone call to Jody to the flight out of San Jose, everything went off without a hitch. Actually it was much more than I expected. Jody was very friendly and sent a packet of information that was VERY helpful in making our stay in Jaco fantastic! Condo was beautiful with fantastic views of both ocean and pool area. TWO great porches. I felt very safe in the complex and walking around town. I have two teenage daughters and felt safe with them walking around town durning daylight hours by themselves. I did not want them out at night by themselves, but I would not allow them to walk alone in most U.S. cities by themselves. We did not meet an unfriendly person on our entire 9 day trip! LOTS of activities. Some are a little pricey, but we expected that in a vacation area. We especially loved the day trip to Tortuga Island. Words cannot describe the beauty. Jody's place was at south end of town which was great. Beach was much less crowded, but everything still within walking distance. Thanks again Jody!!!!

  We stayed at this property for two weeks in February. The condo was perfect for our needs. It is within walking distance to restaurants, hiking trails and most importantly only steps from the beach. The condo itself is very well maintained, beautifully decorated and a pleasure to stay at. We particularily loved the roof top deck and enjoyed our mornings and evenings up there, what an amazing view. Jody is extremely helpful and is a great source of info regarding Jaco and the surrounding areas. Jody even went as far as to provide a document full of recommendations which was very helpful. We have been to Jaco before but this information pointed us in many new directions. Jody was a pleasure to work with in planning our trip. We look forward to returning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Jody. Pura Vida
