Oceanfront with private pool, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Casa Terra is located in the gated and secure luxury complex of La Puntilla, just 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle on Mexico’s Pacific coast.
The living room and master bedroom open directly onto a private beach facing patio where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises. From your patio take a step down to your private pool and the beach. With the ocean at your front door explore tide pools and comb the beach. You can walk along the beach 10-15 minutes to La Cruz or during low tide walk 30 minutes to Bucerias. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only 40 minutes away.
The master suite opens onto the poolside patio and the ocean beyond, and features a king sized bed and master ensuite bath with soaker tub and shower. Air conditioning as well as screens on the wall-to-wall windows allow for a comfortable night's sleep.
The second bedroom features a king sized bed while the third bedroom is twinned. Two main bathrooms, both with marble showers are located just outside the bedroom doors. The second and third bedrooms open onto the landscaped front garden.
The home office located in the master bedroom offers high speed (wireless) internet access (bring your laptop), printer, phone and FAX service which will allow you to stay in touch as you relax at Casa Terra.
As well as two shaded eating areas on the pool deck--a shaded area tucked under the roof overhang, and a patio table with umbrella and chairs near the water--there is also a spacious dining area and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Comfortable outdoor furniture on the large, partially shaded poolside patio lends itself to a bit of daydreaming, a relaxing snooze or day of basking around the pool to work on your tan--or just settle back on one of the pool lounges with your favourite book and look up to watch the sea birds plunge into the bay for their next meal. For your outdoor enjoyment we provide QUALITY patio furniture, chaise lounges and pool floaties, a picnic cooler and freezer packs, a beach umbrella as well as boogie boards. All this, plus beachfront and private pool!
After a day in paradise, casually walk the beach to one of the many fabulous restaurants in La Cruz or Bucerias for dinner, or whip up a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen that is complete with cookware and utensils, a water purification system (bottled water is available for your convenience), full sized refrigerator, gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. And of course, no vacation home is complete without a blender and glasses for those frosty margaritas!
You might decide to fire up the new stainless steel gas barbeque and grill up a feast of freshly caught fish purchased that morning from a fisherman in La Cruz or at the market in Bucerias. Savour your meal with a fine chardonnay and dine poolside while you admire the evening sky with the lights of Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta twinkling across the bay. Midnight dip in the private pool, anyone?
After a busy day in paradise, you’ll want to relax on the comfy couch in the living room while you listen to the stereo and enjoy the view or watch the new 48” HD TV with English language satellite, DVD player, VCR and extensive video library.
Casa Terra is wheelchair accessible and as a non-smoking home, we invite you to smoke outside or on the patio only, please. Well behaved pets may be allowed--please inquire. A security guard is at the gated entrance 24 hours a day, and a security patrolman is on the beach in the evenings and throughout the night.
