My family and I, along with another couple and their child, just finished our stay at Sea La-Vie, and we loved it! The place was impeccable and the furniture was beautifully situated in this expansive residence. The owner met us at the house to review the ac system, the pool, and to bring us on a tour of the house. She also had grocery shopped for us, so when we arrived our kids had plenty of food/supplies to choose from. The heated pool was great for the somewhat chilly evenings, and the brochures the owner left out helped us plan all our adventures. It was key to have the laundry on site and the size of the house gave everyone enough privacy that I would suggest even a third family could stay there comfortably. I will rent this house every year if not for the new condition of house, but for the attentive and caring owner who I did not know beforehand, but now consider a friend. You will LOVE your stay in Palm Beach...oh, and did I mention you get a private cabana at the beach which is only 2 houses down from Sea La-Vie? Enjoy!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This is a wonderful home and location for those who enjoy renting more than a "property". It is not your typical rental. It is a home-people live here. It is a short walk to the neighborhood beach or to the walking path along the Intra Coastal. There are 3 totally private bedrooms with private bath and one suite with twin beds and a queen sharring a bath. The kitchen is large and well stocked with herbs, spices, appliances and multiple refrigerators. The pool/ lanai is wonderful for outdoor entertaining. The house is beautifully appointed, with a casual/tropical feel. It is immaculate and all the furnishings are in excellent condition. I would recommend it highly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I just wanted to tell you how absolutely perfect your home was for our family get together. Each adult child had a private space with a private bath, the kitchen easily accommodated 3 or 4 people working at the same time and the grandchildren LOVED the pool. We really enjoyed all the extra touches. As inconvenient as it must be for you, being in an actual "home" rather than a rental house was special. This house is beautiful with wonderful interiors and a glorious garden and pool. The house is yards from the beach and the bike trail and it is ideal for families. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: I'd like to share with you some of my personal favorite things I love about living in Palm Beach. I love the arresting sunrises..I love the pack of parrots that fly over my house at dusk, I love fishing off the beach..I love exercising on the bike trail that runs right along the intercostal..I love walking on the beach at sunset with a glass of wine and being witness to the glamorous sea turtles pulling themselves up on the beach to lay their eggs.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach:
It is very easy to get to and from the airport from Sea La Vie all while being remote enough, which keeps it from getting too crowded with tourists. Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Boca are all within 1.5 hours drive and Disney World is only 2.5 hours away. I've been in Palm Beach since 1980 and love it.

Sea La Vie is a 2 minute walk to the best beach on the island, a 5 minute drive to world class shopping, a 10 minute drive to City Place where you will enjoy more casual shopping, restaurants and movie theaters, a 10 minute drive to the Cultural District with museums and live performances of top acts, a 12 minute drive to Antique Row and 30 minutes from the Cruzan Amphitheater where the best of the best musical concerts are heard by thousands.
