We are one of the lowest priced condos in Beaver Creek and at The Charter. Our condo is the closest unit to the heart of Beaver Creek. We have a king bed in the master and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom with attached bath. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep 4 in this large room. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. You will literally have a two minute walk from your door to the heart of Beaver Creek if you walk slowly. We love this place!

Beaver Creek lives up to it's 'Not exactly roughing it! It is a beautiful, upscale resort village that offers year-round activities for everyone. Whether you visit to enjoy world-class skiing/boarding during the winter, biking and hiking during the summer or to view the Aspen trees changing color in the fall, Beaver Creek has it all.
The Charter at Beaver Creek is also a very unique place to stay. It has all of the amenities of a fine hotel along with the privacy and conveniences of a condominium. The Charter offers a full-service spa and fitness center on-site, indoor/outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, fine and casual dining on-site, game room, movie rental, Concierge services and a full-service Sport Shop offering ski and bike rental. Our unit at the Charter is a 2 minute walk to the Beaver Creek Village where you can enjoy a variety of wonderful restaurants, skate at the picturesque outdoor ice rink and find many fine places to shop.
You are able to ski-in/ski-out but it may be easier to take the shuttle that comes every 7 1/2 minutes and drops you off at the base of Centennial lift.

What a great stay. My wife, daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Beaver Creek. The condo had everything we needed, and the staff at the Charter were great. I hope to come back to Beaver Creek every year or two and stay in this wonderful condo!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
