239 Direct Oceanfront Breakers, 1 bedroom ,1 bath, beautiful villa with established repeat business. Check my online calendar prior to emailing, as I update as needed. Only weekly rentals during Spring and Summer weeks. Please know I only rent daily and a 4night minimum off season. Monthly rentals are only accepted for 'Winter Months"; Dec, Jan and Feb. No pets allowed! Rates are firm and very fair! My rate page is listed and rates are current. All you need to do is add 11% SC tax to the listed rate and you will no the total cost. No hidden management fee's. I am the owner of the villa which is why I advertise on 'vacation rentals "by owner", I manage my villa and have a reliable cleaning service.
Call early as I tend to book for open summer weeks very quickly.
239 Breakers is located across the street from Coligny Plaza where you will find multiple restaurants, shops and a grocery market also. Kids will love the free family shows and adults will enjoy catching a movie at the Coligny theatre, Golf and Tennis nearby too.

Just returned from this beautiful spot. The condo is very nicely decorated and spotless. It was very quiet even though I believe we had neighbors. Love the deck with the full ocean view. I was a bit worried about being so close to the public beach but it was no problem at all. We saw dolphins on our last day--very special! I highly recommend this rental.

10-01-08-05 Donna, Russell and Megan, Once again we had a fantastic stay here! The villa is so warm and relaxing.Hurricane Tommy brought us several days of rain but with the restaurants and shops close by, we did not mind at all. Dear Harris Family, WOW! Our Hilton Head vacation just keeps getting better and better! The condo is beautiful! All the changes are wonderful! Thank you so much for your hospitality.
