My husband and I just returned from a great stay at this vacation apartment. The building is centrally located, very close to shops and restaurants. We rented a car and traveled to Tel-Avis, Jerusalem and Ra'anana. We will rent again in the future!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and I had a great stay at this vacation home! We used the kitchen daily to cook breakfast and enjoyed eating at the outdoor porch. The outdoor pool is great and we enjoyed the beautiful weather. The beach is very close and we dined at some local restaurants (walking distance). We will return again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

This is a great apartment, excellent location with lots of amenities walking distance and very close to Tel Aviv, and many other tourist attractions in Israel. The apartment itself is clean and adequately furnished but not luxurious. There were some minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (door stops, pealing paint in bathroom, etc) but nothing major. Underground parking and building security was a huge plus. Dealing with Israel Vacation Homes in New York and locally in Israel was a pleasure, they provided great service when our units air conditioner broke. I would recommend this company and apartment would stay here in the future. The front desk people could not be more helpful,this is an ideal location,you have everything within walking distance,including a beautiful beach/sea, the place has plenty of room,and everything was included(internet,etc),I would definitely return! Stayed here ten nights w/wife & 2 daughters(age 20&22)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our family of 4 has stayed in these duplex apartments twice, and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed them. The apartment was clean, well stocked with linens, towels, and appliances. The location in Herzilya Pituach is excellent...a convenience store, grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants and cafes are right in the same square. The beach is just across the street, and we could see the water from our bedroom. Highly recommend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I booked 2 apartments for my family when they came over en masse for a family wedding. The apartments were excellent, clean, thoughtfully and generously equipped with everything you could want. I am a wholly deaf solo traveller. During September/October 2011, I rented a one-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor at Regency Gardens Apartments, Herzliya Pituach for nearly 2 weeks. (I booked online through Israel Vacation Homes in New York – the staff, including Jessica were very helpful). It felt staying there like a second home to me! The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen is bigger than average for a one-bedroom apartment! It is very clean with weekly cleaning services. The kitchenette with a kettle, 2 cooking hobs, microwave and a huge fridge/freezer were useful for me to cook my breakfast and evening meal sometimes to save my time from going to the restaurants when I am alone. The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower. There’s a hairdryer in the small lobby area between bathroom and bedroom. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony facing the east with a nice view of the residential area with the lovely trees. The free Wi-Fi connection was first class – I was able to use my laptop! There’s a router in the bedroom. The ‘door men’ in the front entrance lobby at their different shifts’ hours were friendly towards me! The Regency Gardens Apartments are in a good location – you can walk about 2 minutes to the beautiful HaSharon Beach with some cafes and restaurants. There are several useful supermarkets nearby in De-Shalit Square. There is a bus stop in De-Shalit Square where you get a bus to Herzliya Central Bus Station for getting to anywhere such as Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, etc. If you are in a hurry, you can hail any taxi to take you to Herzliya Central Bus Station – I’d advise you to check with the taxi driver about the taxi fare before you go.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Gorgeous beach is across the street, several shops in the area. Many synagogues as well. Car rental right across the street. Building has free parking. My wife, daughter and I stayed here a week as a base for sightseeing and seeing family from Ramat Gan and Haifa. Location was great for highway access, nearby restaurants and shopping and relaxing on the beach on in the building's pool. The unit is clean, comfortably furnished and the air conditioner cools promptly. The building is well constructed so it was very quiet even though our rooms faced the beachfront drive and the Sharon Hotel directly across the street. The service representative and the 24 hour doorman were pleasant and helpful. The unit was fairly and acurately represented on the website. Secure parking within the building was also a plus. For Kosher travelers, note that there is a Kosher fleishig restaurant and a market on the square one block away. The unit is one flight above the ground floor so accessibility on Shabbat is no problem. The vacation apartment owners were honest to say that the apartment is not supervised for kashrut (seems to be the norm for vacation rentals in Herzliya Pituach) so creative adaptation is necessary, just part of the travel experience, in my view. There is a microwave and a Shabbat hot water urn and hotplate are available without additional charge. If you wanted to do more serious kosher cooking you'd have to bring your own cookware, paper plates and plastic-ware. For travelers with mobility impairment issues, note that the two bedrooms and full bath in this unit are up a flight of stairs within the unit and that there is a half bath on the main level with the living room, kitchen and hall entry; the building itself has ramp access and an elevator. I recommend this unit and its management personnel wholeheartedly. Have a great time. we wanted an apartment that was clean, close the beach, had easy parking and was secure. The apartment in Herzelia Pituach was perfect for our family. The swimming pool was an added benefit and it was so easy to get to and from neighboring cities such as Tel Aviv from the apartment. I would for sure recommend this apartment to friends and family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is an awesome apartment in a great building with all the amenities described in the listing. Very clean building, with indoor parking, 24 hr doorman, elevator, nice lobby. Pool is awesome and normally not crowded since the beach is across the street. Many restaurants within walking distance and a 24 hr convenient store which comes in real handy. We've come back to this apartment for several years now and just love it.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
