If you enjoy crabbing, clamming or fishing, Netarts Bay has the best on the Oregon Coast. Our lovely beach home is located only two blocks up the hill from the bay, and we have ample room for you to park your boat. Crab boats can be rented a short walk from the house. We also have an outdoor cleaning sink/station for cleaning your catch
The hillside town of Oceanside, with its secluded double beaches connected by a tunnel, is only two miles away. You can eat brunch, try cheese tasting, and all that Tillamook has to offer for a short seven mile drive. Located just off the Three Capes Scenic Drive, the house also offers easy access to sand dunes, fishing, a lighthouse, whale watching and more.
The house is surrounded on three sides by decks and patio. There is a partial view of the bay and ocean from the living area as well as from the upper loft area. The interior is open and spacious with over 1900 square feet of living area and has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a full size bed, and the third has a day bed that converts to two twins. On the loft is another sleeping area with another day bed with a trundle that converts to two twin beds. The third bedroom and loft are reached by an open spiral staircase and may not be suitable for small children.
Cooks will enjoy using our kitchen which is fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware, blender, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We also provide a full assortment of spices.
We also have a large video library, books, games and wifi.
Come and enjoy our relaxing and comfortable home!

A welcoming feeling greets you as you walk into this house. It is an older but very clean, bright and well equiped house with almost every amenity you could need, excluding, of course personal items. It is well taken care of. There is a partial view of the bay as the house sits on a slight hill. There are quite a number of stairs to gain access to the house entrance which could be a problem for those with walking difficulties. We definately will be going back again at some point, and do recommend it for a peaceful, quiet retreat.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: We do include bath and hand soap along with shampoo and conditioner for our guests use. And while the front entrance does have stairs, by parking in the driveway by the garage, you can enter the house through the backdoor which only has two steps to negotiate.

We have rented Bellhaven twice this year and we couldn't have found a better property for rent. Bellhaven is wonderful for families who need lots of cooking, baking and serving needs. Plenty of linens, towels and space are available as well as extra tables, chairs, games and such for bigger families. There is a good bit of indoor storage for items that you'd rather not have taking up space (suitcases, personal items, etc.) TV, Internet, movies, books, Bellhaven has just about all you could need.Owner response: We want people to feel like this is their home away from home! We try to keep our house supplied with items to make your stay comfortable and easy no matter what you want to do on your vacation.

We just spent nearly a week at Bellhaven, and it was fantastic. The home is comfortable, just a couple blocks from Netarts Bay, and a wonderful place to relax. It's not easy to find an affordable place for two families (and a total of nine people) to stay. We found an absolute gem!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Bellhaven for my mother's 60 birthday weekend. Altogether there were 3 couples, 1 single, and 4 kids. The house was amazingly equipped we didn't want for anything. We caught 17 crabs and cooked them at the house without trouble. There were games, puzzles, and movie that the kids enjoyed. The upstairs loft area got pretty stuffy and the TV up there didn't work. I would have liked to have had another full bed up there. So I think this space would be better for 2 couples with lots of kiddos. We had a great trip and would go back to Bellhaven without hesitation. Great Space Great PriceRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: We do try to have things available to meet all needs. We are making the fans accessible for those warm days so they can be used upstairs.

This property was perfectly clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Karon was wonderful to work with. We didn't have any kids with us, but the loft would work great for two families with kids. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there is plenty of living space in the house. It was nice to be able to bring my Lab, there were even dog treats in the freezer. With the pull through and the driveway, there is plenty of parking. The Schooner is right up the road. Cape Meares State Park is about a 15 minute drive north. There are two small stores in Netarts, but you would want to stock up before getting here or in Tillamook. This was a great place to stay and would reccomend this property to others.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Our house is great for families! It is open and inviting with lots of space. We also try to make sure that the house is well equipped for everyone.

My family had a WONDERFUL time staying in your home. It had everything we needed and wanted to relax. More than enough space for all of us. The area the house is in is quaint and very quiet. Only real problem we encountered was the road(the easy way) being closed to Oceanside. It was a 10 mile drive around to get there- not a biggie but just irritating because we knew it was just a few minutes the other way! The kids LOVED the easy access to the bay on Happy Camp Rd. Such a nice walk on the beach there! We enjoyed being able to bring our dog,Gigi. We would really love to stay at your home again! Thank you for making us so welcome and comfortable! .Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: A slide has temporarily closed the road and they are currently working to repair and reopen the road. We are sorry that this means a longer drive to Oceanside. It is scheduled to be reopened soon, so the trip to Oceanside will once again only be a couple of minutes.
