  We rented this home for a long weekend stay. What a great house! We had a fantastic time being able to walk to downtown Breck as well as the bus stop to catch a ride to the hill. We had 2 couples with 2 kids and the house was a perfect size. Thanks for a great trip.

  This house exceeded our expectations. Beautiful decor, extremely comfortable beds and all the amenities you'd expect. In the winter it might be helpful to add a coat hook because there isn't a coat closet. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We will stay here again.

  Overall a good experience. Nice location and comfortable furnishings. The property was generally clean and well-maintained; however, there was only minimal toilet paper in the unit (we had to go buy some) and there were still dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival. The house also includes a basement apartment which is rented out seperately ful time and not disclosed in the ad.

  If you are looking for a home to rent that comfortably sleeps 6 adults then I would highly suggest this home. We never even had to move our rental car. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Breckinridge. The neighborhood is beautful and the view is amazing.

  Amazing million dollar views from living room and master bedroom. Every bedroom had a BIG TV in it AWESOME! Great kitchen space - very well stocked all around - there was even a 6 pack of beer and a pizza already in it! There is a trail that starts about 30 yards from the home and only a short 5 minute walk down the hill to town. You guys certainly didn't skimp on anything :) Breckenridge 75 degrees vs Plano 110 degrees.. needless to say we'll be back next summer! Thanks from Christina and Ryan at MavCowTickets.com!

  This home is definitely on the top of my list for rentals in the area. The photos in the listing are accurate. We found it to be very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The house is on a quiet street and only short walk to the shops and restuarants in town. Clint's was great for sandwiches and sweet treats and Twist was a wonderful dinner destination. I would recommend this house for a winter or summer getaway without reservation. Quite enjoyable!

  The house has a beatiful view, quiet street, and close to downtown Breckenridge. The two bedrooms upstairs was great for a family of four. The downstairs bedroom was confortable and quite. One suggestion is to do better job of providing consumables such as waste bags, TP, and paper towels. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive.

  This property exceeded our expectations, the photos did represent the rentals appearance. We were very pleased with the upgraded kitchen and master bath. The accommodations were very comfortable, spacious, and convenient. We found the property clean, well maintained, and the property manager shoveled the snow in the worst blizzard. We would defiantly recommend this home and love to return next year

  We chose Breckenridge as our family summer vacation destination to find fun, temperate climate, and beautiful scenery. We got all three, and this home was right in the middle of all the amenities. We walked to wonderful restaurants every night, walked to a beautiful playground where the kids played, and walked to Main Street to a great coffee bar that served homemade doughnuts every morning. The free gondola up to the Peak 8 park was a 10-minute walk from the home as well. While we are a family of 4, this home could comfortably sleep 8, and the kitchen is top notch! The on-site contact person was very friendly and provided great information. We will definitely recommend this property!!

  Our family found this property perfect for our stay in Breckenridge. We were close to town and able to walk where we wanted to go. The property was clean, well maintained and had all the necessary utincles and appliances for our stay, The beds were very comfortable and nice linens. There was a property manager accessible if anything was needed to be taken of. The owners and property manager were most cordial to work with and helpful getting checked into the home and available for corrispondence.We will look forward to the next time we are in Breckenridge and a stay in this rental.
