Year Purchased: 1970
About the owner: My husband's parents had the wisdom to purchase our condo when it was nearly new. They enjoyed it as their winter home for 40 years. Our family had the opportunity to visit every year, and our children have many memories of building sand castles, flying kites, and swimming with Grandpa and Grandma. Now the condo is ours to enjoy, but, as we are still working, we want to find someone to share it with. We look for renters who will appreciate what a special place it is and who will respect it as our second home, not just a rental property. Because we are both still working and do not have time to enjoy our condo, we are considering selling it to the right buyer.
