  We spent our Spring Break at this wonderful home with two other families. The home was very spacious and comfortably slept 12 adults and children. We cooked often in the very large kitchen and found everything we needed was well stocked. We found a decent amount of snow off a nearby highway and made great use of the snow toys at the house. At the end of our vacation the kids asked when we could come back! I recommend this home to everyone looking for a fantastic multi-family vacation during ANY season.

  The photos don't do this Kings Beach home justice. We were so comfortable immediately, the way it is decorated reflects so much on the owner, Tahoe and both seasons winter and the lake boating summers. I have been going to Tahoe in the summers as a kid and then 20 years ago introduced my sons to snowboarding and we have made 3-4 trips a winter to enjoy. We have stayed many places, but this was our "go to" place being big Northstar Groupies. Truly 5 miles, from NS and great town for grocery, restaurants and a bit of quick gambling at Crystal Bay if you want. Kitchen HUGE, and fully stocked as noted, all my needs to make dinners and breakfast were definately met. BIG dining table and bar fits all guests for meals - front room with Wii was a real hit. Best of Tahoe in Kings Beach!

  This property is an absolutely underrated vacation home. Everything is there and it is large enough for three families! the deck is large with a beautiful wrought iron tile top table, plenty of outdoor chairs and two propane heaters. The kitchen is a cooks delight and the owners have most all of the condiments that one would need. I even had an ice cream cone from the freezer! The home was spotless, beds very comfortable and the towels were full and not worn! Price is very, very competitive and the cleaning fee worth it as the home was spotless!! The owners returned the deposit within just a few days and because the home was not rented for the afternoon of our planned departure they offered that we could stay past the normal departure time at no additional fee! Wonderful visit

  Our family just returned from a wonderful week's stay at this Kingswood Estates Home. What a delight it was - the home is so nicely appointed, with lots of room for everyone, and is in the perfect location - so convenient to everything! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and then some. Off the kitchen and master bedroom, there is a wonderful, huge deck which gets sunshine all day long. It was the perfect place to gather and enjoy the August weather. The owner made us feel so welcome (leaving a bottle of wine and some chocolate treats for us, putting out a pet bed for our dog), and made the whole rental process so easy! We are so pleased to have found this gen of a home, and will definitely be back!

  Tom and Darcy, Thanks for the use of you home during our vacation. The home was exactly as described in your listing and the pictures were extremly accurate. The home was warm and welcoming for my family of 5. We had plenty of space to spread out. The back deck was huge, we spent a great deal of time out there enjoying the view and the great mountain air. As a cook, I also appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Although this is a "Pet Friendly" home, it was very clean and did not smell of any animals. I hope to be able to return for another visit again next summer

  The owners thought of everything and that is so appreciative from a renter. The house really has everything. The location is excellent for both summer and winter, the proximity to both the lake and local ski resorts is perfect. This home has a great layout for multiple families. We would definitely stay in this house again.

  This property is just perfect. It has a very open floor plan with a large living room, kitchen, dining area, and outdoor patio. This was perfect for my group because we were having a reunion and we all wanted to be together. It is so close to Northstar and to Kings Beach. For those that did not hit the slopes they enjoyed the lake and the town. We were very surprised of all of the amenities. We had quite a few chefs and all the right tools were available, from a food processor and grill to the serving dishes to make the perfect meals. Bringing our dog was also a plus! Everything was just so easy throughout the process and while we stayed. I love this cabin and can't wait to come visit again. Thank you!!

  Great for multiple families to get away together! There was a total of 6 adults and 5 children ranging in ages from 2-11. The layout of the house was great and we especially liked the size of the kitchen and outdoor patio. The kids also enjoyed the bunk bed room :) The location of the property is prime as it close to the lake and accessible to nearby shopping and dining. The owners made us feel welcome by having a care package waiting for us which was very nice.We would definitely come back.

  What a delightful home to stay in for a relaxing "snow" getaway! We felt as though we were treated as special guests-and so appreciated the "welcome goodies" that awaited us. The house is just beautiful and each room is spacious, casual and welcoming. The deck, with a partial view of Lake Tahoe, was magnificent, as it was so sun-filled, we could sit on it even in winter! The home is very close to the lake and a perfect starting point for many ski areas, nearby. My husband especially enjoyed the ability to put our car in the garage each evening! What a thoughtful extra! We all appreciated bringing our little "furry friend" since finding a home so welcoming for pets, is a rarity. We will be back!

  After renting many homes in Tahoe, this home finally met our needs! It is spacious, clean, perfectly located, and comfortable. The kitchen is huge, with everything you could possibly need... no "making do" with oddball equipment. We even were able to enjoy a slow-cooker meal at the end of a snow play-day! The owners ensured that the details of our stay went smoothly, with spot-on suggestions, (check out the binder!) and plenty of amenities. We would return again in a heartbeat! Many thanks!!
