A spacious, light filled apartment right in the heart of old town Marblehead. The apartment is the top (third) floor of one of the oldest buildings in town, an antique colonial style building built in 1713. There is a large bedroom, dining area, full kitchen, a lovely open living area with sofas and chairs and a full bathroom. Parking for one car is provided.
Go down the spiral staircase, and you are right in old town, literally steps from cafes, restaurants, shops, the harbor, historic sights and tourist attractions. There are three great beaches all within 10 minutes walk.

The apartment is spacious, well situated and well equipped. It was a short walk to restaurants, shops and parks - it was such a pleasure to park our car when we arrived and not use it until we checked out. Marblehead is a wonderfully scenic and charming destination within an easy drive to Boston. Thanks to Matt for a quiet and comfortable stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

Great apartment, well equipped with full kitchen and washer and dryer, easy to do business with the owner. the apartment is very close to the old town of Marblehead centre, walking distance to shops, grocery store, fort Sewall, beaches...etc. We had a very pleasant stay and will recommend and go back for sure! My wife and I were in Marblehead for a friend's birthday and stay at this wonderful rental. Right in the heart of Old Town, close to everything you need. The rental is very comfortable and we will definitely be coming back with the kids as there is plenty of space. Overall great place and wonderful family to rent from.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We rented the flat for six weeks when we moved to the Boston area and were looking for a house. The apartment itself is quite charming and spacious. Once you are out the door it is a two minute walk down one of Marblehead's oldest streets to the center of Old Town; I also relied on the Swampscott commuter rail station during the week, which was only a ten minute drive. The homeowners are a delight, having made us always feel right at home -- we will definitely remain friends. A great spot!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
