Beautiful and spacious 2,550 square foot town-home overlooking Lake Dillon with unobstructed views of the lake, wetlands and mountains. Located in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of Frisco, it has quick and convenient access to stores and restaurants. In the heart of Summit County - Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone ski resorts are just 15 minutes drive away or take the free shuttle bus. A-Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek are just a 30 minutes drive away. You can ski or snowshoe out the front door to the Frisco Nordic Center. Relax at the end of the day in a 6 person hot tub on the back deck.
In warmer weather, the Summit County bike trail passes through the Waterdance neighborhood, there are miles of hiking trails from the front door and the Dillon Marina with sailing and kayaking is a 5 minute walk.
The first floor, great room has seating around the fireplace and entertainment center, the dining table seats 10, and the kitchen is well equipped for a large group. The great room opens to the deck with grill and hot tub. There is a family room on the lower level with a 2nd entertainment center so adults and kids and have their own space.
For sleeping, there is a master bedroom suite with queen bed, TV, and Jacuzzi tub. There are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and the other with a double/twin bunk bed. In addition, there is a sofa sleeper in the family room.
It is a great place for a gathering of family and friends.

I've used VRBO to book vacation rentals 1-2 times per year for the last 10+ years and without a doubt our experience with Holly and Steve far exceeded that of any other. Their home is beautiful and so accommodating, you will feel as though you were staying with a family member; every amenity has been provided. My wife and I have a 16 month old and we're in need of a high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, etc. (Way too much stuff to bring from GA) Holly informed me that she and Steve have a Granddaughter about the same age, she brought all the items we needed for our son to the house before our arrival, it was very sweet and meant so much. I would certainly book this property again. Holly & Steve you have our deepest gratitude!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. We could not have asked for a more perfect rental. The view over the marina and reservoir to buffalo mountain was beyond words. My sister-in-law will never forget sitting in the hot tub looking out through the pines to the mountain peaks. Even with 7 people, the townhome felt spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well outfitted, seems like you thought of everything. We didn't want to leave, but I will certainly think of your home when friends or family come to visit in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Leaving behind the hot weather and de-stressing in the comfort of a cool mountain setting, our family reunited in this lovely town home. Overlooking Lake Dillon, with handy boat access for the younger generation, this was an ideal spot for active summer relaxation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had an amazing weekend. The weather could not have been better! Your town home was very inviting and provided plenty of room for 6 adults and one very energetic two year old! This wonderful location gave us the opportunity to see some of the many sites in Summit County. The beginning skiers from TX enjoyed ski lessons at Copper MT. R. loved the sledding and playing in the snow and my mom and dad enjoyed the spectacular views in Vail, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne. J and I enjoyed our time spent with loved ones. We were pleasantly surprised at your home. There are 11 of us here and there is so much room to please all of us. The 7 kids, 18 and under, enjoyed the basement area. "My family and I have had the great pleasure of staying in this beautiful town home on many occasions. It is very warm and inviting. Literally just out the door are hiking adventures, snowshoe trails, the Summit County bike path system and a short walk away...Abby's coffee shop! Breckenridge and Keystone ski resorts are a short drive from this town home. It is very clean, spacious and VERY quiet with every amenity you will want or need while on vacation. About the owner: Retired professionals interested in renting their mountain vacation home to other like minded folks. We enjoy skiing, snow shoeing, biking, hiking and boating. It's wonderful to be able to enjoy a day on the slopes and relax in the hot tub or have dinner in front of the fireplace. We attend summer music and art festivals, ride our bikes in Summit county, hike to high peaks, and share water sports with family and friends. We often travel and would like to share our delightful mountain property with others who seek a scenic setting in which to relax or create fond memories with loved ones or friends.
Why the Owner Chose Waterdance:
We were seeking a mountain location that would be no more than 30 minutes drive to some of Colorado's best ski resorts, close to year round community activities, near to stores, restaurants, and other amenities, in a beautiful scenic setting. This town home is in a quiet location, with friendly neighbors, and views of the most spectacular scenery on Lake Dillon in Summit county. It had all that we were looking for with lots of extra comforts and we love it year round!
