This 1 and a half story Cape has large 15 x 40 outside patio to accompany 2 families. There is also 2 large private outside showers one is enclosed and one is open.
This home has numerous creature comforts and was tastefully decorated by an interior designer - features tile floors throughout. Oscar Huber leather furniture in the living room. Large solid oak table in kitchen seats eight to ten. Separate table in den can accommodate an additional four. Televisions are in living room, master bedroom and loft. Surround sound DVD is on living room set. Parking for seven vehicles. 6 beach badges are included.
