  The house was roomy, but not clean. The furniture was outdated and part of the kitchen equipment was broken or missing. When walking through the kitchen, the tiles on the floor were sticky and pasted to our shoes. The terrace outside as well as the sun loungers were dirty and had not been cleaned for quite some time. All in all we would not return to this house and would not recommend to rent it.

  Owner response: When our guests arrive and the house is not as clean as they like, they may call the management for the cleaners to come. This guest did not take the opportunity to do so. It is very rare that we have any complaints, but we are more than happy to resolve any issues that are brought to our attention. Unfortunately this guest left his own mess of trash all over the yard that had to be picked up. He was angry that there was a small deduction from his deposit to pay for this, and I think this negative comment is a retaliation. A sticky spot on the kitchen floor or a little dust on the outdoor furniture is not something most people would go public about.

  We rented this home for our holiday. It was really nice for the kids to come home and go swimming after a long day at the parks. The house is nice, comfortable and roomy.

  I loved the open architecture of the house - very nice. We spent a lot of time in the pool, it was 85 to 90 degrees all the time. We were there for 2 weeks (March). I wouldn't mind coming back next year.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Me and my family had a great time at this villa. The pool was great and the villa is close to many amenities! Thanks for a great vacation!

  This was our first family vacation to Disney World. I am a very private person so we chose to rent a home as opposed to staying in a public hotel. I was very impressed with this home. It was very clean. It was close to all the parks and shops. Had a great time.

  This is by far the best villa we've stayed in in Orlando. It had a perfect floor plan for the family and the home was emaculate...five stars!!
