My husband and I feel so fortunate to have stayed in this spacious, lovely apartment and enjoyed the fact that it was in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The location was perfect. We started every morning with a cafe au lait and croissiant from the corner boulangerie and then either walked to our planned sites for the day or hopped on the metro which was 1/2 block away. On the nights when we enjoyed a long lunch, we were able to pick up dinner, wine and fresh produce at the upscale market that is on the first floor of the building which is opened until midnight. After long days of sightseeing and attending evening performances, the market was a welcomed convenience. Most of all, our host was a wonderful resource, extremely responsive, and helped us with many aspects of our stay. We will definitely rent here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I arrived in Paris Christmas Eve and stayed 8 nights. Even in December this apartment is bright and sunny and very welcoming. We loved it. The kitchen is well appointed as is the rest of the apartment. The kingsize bed is very comfortable; the Christian Dior linen wonderful to sleep on. We found the building and the area to be quiet over the Christmas vacation period. I expect it isn't too much different at other times as it is a residential area. There's easy access to the metro but the location is so welcoming for exploring and walking that the metro wasn't our first choice unless we had some distance to cover. The photos are an accurate represenation of the apartment - it is very nicely decorated. The owner was very helpful - right from the first point of contact. Our vacation was enhanced because of the generousity of his time in helping us prior to our arrival and also the wine and bottle of champagne he left for us. We had been in Paris several times before but this was our first stay in an apartment. We took the owner's suggsetions for shopping and walking and thoroughy enjoyed the neighbourhood. At the end of the day we loved returning "home" to the apartment. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return sometime in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We just returned from a week in Paris at this apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, about 10 minutes from the Champs du Mars and the Eiffel Tower, and about a 20 minute walk from the Rue Cler area. The metro is nearby, and there are lots of shops and excellent restaurants in the area. The apartment is very comfortable, especially the king-sized bed, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We liked that the rooms were very bright and airy. The building is modern and we felt we were staying in a very elegant area. Normand was very quick to respond to any concerns I might have, and he left suggestions for us as to neighborhood things we could do. This was a very comfortable place to come home to after walking the streets of Paris.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We celebrated my 50th birthday with my first visit to Paris. This apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Multiple metro lines were 2-3 blocks away and bike rental stands were equally close. Although we were only a few blocks from the Champ de Mars and Eiffel Tower, we felt like we were miles away from the tourist traffic in this quiet and safe neighborhood. The owner was very informative and responsive to our questions.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The apartment is well decorated in the most charming of ways and it was welcoming and pleasant to return here each evening. The large terrace plants were a great feature. Indeed, everything about the apartment contributed to a truly nice experience including the nespresso machine and the abundantly supplied kitchen. The owner of the apartment was a pleasure to work with and thoughtfully provided flowers and champagne on arrival as well as ensuing the apartment was well supplied with all other necessities. The apartment was quiet yet within easy distance to everything Paris has to offer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I, along with our 20 year-old daughter, had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment in Paris. Before arriving in Paris, we had already been traveling for over a week and it was so nice to have the comfort and space of an apartment (plus access to a washer/dryer). We enjoyed being able to have many of our meals in and found the markets nearby to be wonderful. Normand provided us with helpful information about the neighborhood and amenities and was very responsive when we had questions on how to access the internet. We walked miles each day to see all the sights and were always so thankful to get back to this quiet area at the end of our day. I hope we have an opportunity to go back someday!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We spent a week at this unique condo and appreciate the elegant design and antique furniture, high ceiling for this modern building and the terrace where you can have a meal. The owner was very quick in responding to our requests. The king size bed with its Armani's linen was very confortable. It is very easy to walk to almost everywhere or to catch a metro at 3 nearby stations. The condo is very sunny. And the beautiful kitchen with its huge window facing south is so well equip, it shows the owner likes to cook (there is even a truffle slicer and nespresso coffee machine). We would recommend to anyone looking for confort and elegance, among other things.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This Parisian apartment provides an elegant home away from home in a true Parisian neighbouhood. If you want to experience life in one of the best districts in Paris, almost as a local, there could not be a better place. It is conveniently located within walking distance or by le Metro to any of the most important tourist sites, shopping, and restaurants in Paris. The apartment is very comfortable and outfitted very well, particularly, the new kitchen and bathroom. (The nearby markets are worth seeing and shopping, allowing you to eat in - like a local!) And it is quiet -a rare thing in the centre of any city. You will enjoy your time in Paris and your stay in this apartment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.
