My family rented this home for a week while attending a family reunion in Southold. The house was very reasonably priced and had everything we needed to throughly enjoy our stay. This house has a beautiful location, quiet and close to everything we wanted. It's "fully stocked" with EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable, very enjoyable stay. It has a very nice large deck and BBQ. The kitchen is complete, bedrooms big and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and Horton's point. Close to the Wineries. With out a doubt a First Class / 5 star rental at a GREAT price. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely rent again ... as a matter of fact hoping to do so again next summer. WE LOVED IT
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
Would certainly recommend and return!

House was in perfect location to wineries, beach and close to the town of Greenport. Pictures don't even do the house justice, it's adorable and perfect for a family getaway or weekend with friends. Highly recommend!! Thanks for a great weekend!

We stayed at this house for 7 days over July 4th. The house was ideal for 6 adults. We loved the proximity to the beach. It was in a very quiet location with lots of trees for shade. We happened to be there during a heat wave and it was HOT. There is one window air conditioner in the house and this was an issue for us. Fortunately, there are a lot of fans in the house and we made the best of it. We would certainly come back again....Thanks for everything.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
