Walk to the lifts from our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo fully remodeled in 2010. Kitchen and both bathrooms have new hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops and tile floors. Master bedroom features a king bed and a wood burning fireplace. The en-suite bathroom has a full shower with seat. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, twin bunk beds and lots of storage/closet space. The second bathroom has a combination tub/shower with glass doors.
Flat panel LCD TV's with HD cable are in the living room and each bedroom
Kitchen has a four burner gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, over the stove microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils.
A wood burning fireplace warms the living room. The couch converts to a queen bed for additional sleeping.
The dining area seats up to 8 for large family meals.
Parking for 2 cars in a covered, secure underground garage.
The condo is located in The Meadows building.

We enjoyed our first visit to the Tahoe area. Despite little snow, we had a very nice time. My 2 adult sons did get in some skiing and found the easy access to the lifts a nice feature when going back to the condo for lunch during a day of skiing. The condo was conveniently located in Kirkwood Village.The photos accurately reflected the condo as clean, comfortably furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tube and the many hiking trails not far from the condo. The owner was helpful with information about the area for us first timers. We will look forward to returning to the area when there is more snow.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our family's first visit to Kirkwood Resort. We were very happy with the accomodations at this condo, spacious for a 2 bedroom, very comfortable, clean, updated with new tile and carpet. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. Fireplaces had plenty of wood and kindling. We appreciated the short walk to the lifts and village center. Overall, a perfect place to spend a few days enjoying Kirkwood slopes. Will definitely return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Our family (three kids 9 and under) stayed in this unit multiple times during the 2011 ski season. The condo is conveniently located (walking distance to all of the major lifts and also serviced by the kirkwood ski bus for those who prefer not to walk). Great two-bedroom spread (flat screen televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room) with all of the requirements for cooking, etc. The building lobby has been recently re-done, offering tall ceilings, couches, WiFi and a large working hot tub (our kids enjoyed this on multiple occassions). Everything was consistently in working condition and the unit was clean. Convenient covered parking underneath the building was also a plus. Highly recommend.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
