  We stayed in your gorgeous condo at Maui Kamaole from March 7th-15th and couldn't have been happier. We love staying at Maui Kam as the grounds are gorgeous, you are literally steps from the beach and everyone is so friendly! Your condo is exactly as pictured on the website....clean, spacious, updated and beautifully decorated. While we didn't use it often (the ceiling fans kept us nice and cool), it was nice to have the option of whisper-quiet air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The king bed was super comfortable, and our daughter loved having the comfy full Murphy bed vs a pull-out couch. Kitchen was updated and well-stocked, as were both bathrooms. And there were beach toys galore in the hall closet! Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We walked to the shops, restaurants and spas in Wailea (GORGEOUS walk!) a couple of times and always enjoy shopping the open markets and little storefronts in Kihei. We would love to stay there again next year, but so far the calendar looks full for mid-February, when we are hoping to return. Whoever booked it is in for a real treat!

Since your checkout the County has put in its long-promised cross-walk at the main entrance of Maui Kamaole, connecting us with the boat ramp and its interpretative walk way, Keawakapu Beach (and the Wailea Beach Walk) and Kamaole 3 Beaches. Very exciting for us who have been waiting for this!

  Our family (2 adults, 7 year old, 4 year old) stayed at Sig and Cara's condo for 10 days. Everything about the condo was 1st class. The appliances, furniture, televisions (wifi-Netflix) were very high quality. Everything that we required including boogey boards, snorkels and masks, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were all supplied. Sig and Cara were very easy to work with and they were available if there were any questions. It is nice to work with a home owner that lives on the island. The condo is also central to both pools on the property. You are also a very short walk down the hill to two of the nicest beaches in Maui. We highly recommend this condo for couples and families. You will be very pleased.

  We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Maui over Christmas and this condo was perfect for us. We are a family of 4 with 2 teens (boy and girl). The condo was so clean and spacious. It had all we needed for towels, kitchen supplies, beach supplies and washer/ dryer as well. The large lanai was a perfect morning coffee spot, a perfect afternoon sunny spot and a perfect sunset watching spot. ( Can you tell we loved the lanai?) It is a quiet spot as well for a few meals. We were close to the lower pool which we enjoyed often. The walk to Kamaole lll beach was quick. It is a beautiful sandy beach with snorkelling on either end in the rocks. Nice large grassy area for playing catch and watching more sunsets. You can walk to shops/restaurants too, a few blocks away. Kam l and ll beaches aren't far either. We walked to Keawakapu beach for a beautiful walk along that beach. Close to Wailea for a quick drive to other beaches and the Shops of Wailea or golf. Cara was a great host - we had no issues what so ever with our condo but it was nice to know we could contact Cara if we had questions. The complex was quiet and a beautiful spot for our vacation. Recommend it highly!

  We had a completely relaxing vacation in Maui, thanks in part to this great condo. It was clean, well-laid out, well located, and exactly as pictured. This condo provided a perfect home base for our trip.

  I researched a lot of places to stay for our trip to Maui. I don't know how I stumbled upon this place, but sure glad I did! The listing description was very accurate and the pictures you see are exactly what you get! This place has been recently renovated so everything is nice and new. It is very spacious and there was lots of room for my family of four - two of which are teenagers. The two bathrooms and the queen-size murphy bed were an added bonus when traveling with teenagers. Cara was great to talk to - very friendly and professional. The one thing I liked about renting this condo was that the owners take care of their own property and live in the vicinity, compared to a rental agency or realty office taking care of a place they have no interest in. I believe properties are taken better care of by their own owners. The location of the pool right around the corner from the condo was perfect. And the best thing I was hoping for in renting a place in Maui was a quiet location. Well, this place came through! Very quiet! The grounds are beautiful and a very short walk to the beach to catch the sunset before supper. Or you can even get a view from the lanai of the condo. We would definitely stay here again or even rent one of the other two properties the owners have in Maui. We also would gladly recommend this place to our family and friends. Awesome place for the price!

  Aloha, While we are owners of our own unit at Maui Kamaole, we had occasion to rent I103 while we were letting our friends stay in our unit as we overlapped a few days. Unit I103 was lovely. It was clean, bright and well-cared for. The furnishing were comfortable and clean. The lanai was very relaxing with a great view. The location of this unit is also quite nice as it's central on the property, yet still has quite a bit of privacy. Cara was very efficient and easy to deal with. It would be a pleasure to rent from her again. In fact, we already inquired about some other dates as we are planning on having some family come out at the same time as us and unfortunately I103 is already booked. Too bad for us as this unit was really a pleasure to stay in. Mahalo, Keri

  Super condo with loads of space and fully equipped with everything from new tennis racquets to spices of all sorts! Toiletries were not provided, as most condos don't, but there were other unexpected things there....condiments and even extra sunscreen! Beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have, as well as a cooler and beach towels.It was immaculately clean and very quiet. The hot tub and pool were steps away and the distant water view was pleasant , along with the lovely grounds full of flowers and birds. We enjoyed the tennis courts, which were well maintained and available when we wanted to play. The location was convenient to town and easy to find. We were so pleased with the extremely kind and accommodating service from the owner throughout the reservation process and during our stay. Mahalo!

  My wife and I stayed at this Condo in November of 2011 and had a great time. The condo is clean and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. As veteran users of VRBO we have had some good and not so good experiences with condos we have rented but this one ranked in our top 3. Attention to detail and quality are what these owners are all about. The biggest compliment one can give would be a return visit and we will most certainly be back.

  Our family of four stayed in Cara and Sig's Maui Kamaole condo over Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and well-equipped condo, and we also really appreciated the extra thoughtfulness the owners put into making their guests welcome. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and settling in was pleasant (even a luggage rack to put our suitcase on for unpacking). Nearly every day we used the nice beach equipment they provide and the updated deck was a great place to start and end the day. The Murphy bed was thoughtfully placed so that no furniture had to be moved in order to use it, and the kitchen updates made it pleasant and easy to cook in (with plenty of place settings for the night when our family from another condo joined us for dinner). Though Maui is tropical and bugs appear in the nicest of places there, we saw absolutely no bugs in the condo, though we were careful to keep food in the refrigerator or tightly covered. Finally, Cara went out of her way to answer any and all questions and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. We will be checking for availability in one of their Kihei/Wailea area condos before we book our next trip to Maui.

  We greatly enjoyed our 2 weeks here, the unit is in the perfect location to get to the lower pool and it's an easy walk to Kamaole 3 beach with little ones. The unit was clean and well equipped and the owner was very responsive. We'll be back
