Magnificent oceanfront condo in family oriented Surfside Beach, South Carolina. This beautifully decorated oceanfront condo has over 1000 square feet in a town house design. This offers privacy with the living, dining and kitchen on one level and the bedrooms on the second level. The large living room has a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, large TV with DVD and beautiful glass doors that open to a furnished balcony to enjoy eating or relaxing so close to the ocean, you can almost touch it. The kitchen is completely furnished with dishwasher, microwave, disposal, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, and full-size appliances with all the accessories needed for cooking and enjoying your stay. The dining area has a large picture window as well as an oceanfront view of the ocean while you enjoy dining. There is also a half bath on this floor.
The large master bedroom has a large palladium window that allows you to lay in the king-size bed and see the stars at night, and awaken to the sunrise and quiet roll of the ocean waves. The master bath also has a whirlpool tub for your pleasure.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with another beautiful view of the ocean. The bathroom for this bedroom open to the adjoining hall. Each bedroom has a TV, and a DVD Player ceiling fan and large closet.

decorated condo for your enjoyment and pleasure.
After playing on the beach, there is an outside shower area to rinse away the salt and sand. The pool has lounge chairs for lying in the sun while the kids swim. Since there is a small number of condos in this complex, this allows for more room on the beach without the crowds of high rise
complexes. This is a NON-SMOKING condo and PETS are NOT allowed. VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO EVICTION. Rates include linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and check out maid service. All of these ammenities are included with no added fees.

My family has been coming to Surfside Beach since the early 1950's when this beach town was first established. It is a quiet family oriented beach that we enjoy as much today as we ever have.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love to relax on the beach, take a walk on the beach or just relax in the condo. We are a very short distance to some of the best restaurants on the Grand Strand and love eating out, but often cook and enjoy eating in as well. Shopping and enjoying the shows at the beach is also a great family activity.

We decided that an escape from the Great White North was needed this year and were lucky enough to be able to spend it at Cape Coddages II. This condo is beautifully decorated and equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to make anything from soup and a sandwich to a gourmet meal. The view of the beach and ocean from the covered balcony is magnificent.The bedrooms are on the second level and the view from the windows in the master allow you to go to sleep at night to the moonlight on the ocean and wake up to the rising sun. Long morning walks on the beach followed by breakfast at the dining table looking out at the beach and ocean are a great way to kick start your day. You are in close proximity to restaurants that will meet whatever you wish to eat from fast food to fine dining. Shopping is close at hand too, whether for groceries or to renew your wardrobe. The owners of this unit are also concerned that you are completely comfortable and are only a phone call away if there is anything you may need. The phone and wi-fi service were great so we were able to keep in touch with friends and family back home and let them know what a great time we were having and to make them a little jealous as well. I do not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday in Surfside.

We have been vacationing in South Carolina for more than 22 plus years,17 of them with children. Without a doubt Cape Cottages II has been our favorite place to stay. We have stayed here for three years straight, and have already booked our week for the summer of 2011.If you like a layed back, uncrowded, quiet beach vacation, then this is the place for you. This town house style condo has everything you could want and more. The view from the covered deck is beautiful. You feel like you could reach out and touch the sand.The master bedroom's view allows you to fall asleep with the moon gleaming on the crashing waves.In the morning, the sunrise over the ocean from the same bedroom window is spectacular! If you like to stay in and cook, the kitchen has all pots and pans you would need.There are plenty of dishes,silverware,and glasses for everyone.The dining table sat all four of us comfortably with a great view of the ocean thru the sliding glass door to the deck.The dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze so you can get back down to the beach for a walk along the surf.After our walk, we would stop off at the pool so the kids could swim for a while before heading back up to the condo. We like to go out for dinner often,and there are alot of great restaurants to choose from.Some of our favorites are Chestnut Hill in North Myrtle,and Landry's at Broadway at the Beach.Both of these restaurants are fine casual dining.For less expensive meals, go to River City Cafe next to the Surf Side pier.The burgers and fries are great.We also like California Pizza.If you drive down to the Garden City pier, you can get some ice cream at Painter's and sit out on their back deck to enjoy the view of the ocean. After a long day out, going back to the condo is great. It is very clean, there is plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax in the well decorated living room or either of the two bedrooms.The owners maintain the condo very well, and are great to work with.From the first time we talked with them about renting to any questions there after, they have just been fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay while vacationing at Surf Side Beach.

We have spent 2 weeks in this amazing oceanfront condo for the past 4 years and plan on continuing for many more years. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a terrific view. The greatest aspect are all the little extras the owners provide including towels, bedding, beach chairs, beach towels, and toys. Realistically, all you need are your clothes, food, and you're ready for fun and relaxation.

The condo was clean, very well stocked, and decorated with care. The condo complex was very nice; the ocean view was lovely and the beach was clean. The outdoor closet of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and the like was beyond my expectations in quantity and quality. The Wi Fi, new flat screen TVs and dining room chairs were a nice addition and unexpected! The owners were extremely attentive to my every communication and question. It’s clear that the owners take great pride in their vacation home and want to be certain you enjoy your vacation in their home-away-from-home.

Our stay at the condo was great!! The view is amazing, the beach is clean and not crowded at all. Quiet and clean facility, perfect for families! Nice pool. Everything is there and provided for you making your stay that much more enjoyable so you don't need to pack so much extra stuff!! We look forward to returning in the future. The owners are amazing, so nice and so caring, they go above and beyond what most owners would do, thanks again!!!!!
