  We were very lucking that week with the weather, no rain, which almost never happens in the summertime. The houses and amenities were in great shape. The grounds keeper was very friendly and offered help with anything we might want during our stay. We booked the same week next year. Need I say more?

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The property was even better than the advertised description. Absolutely wonderful place. The owners & caretaker responded to my calls immediately. The property was clean and the grounds were immaculate.The property was better than the photos showed. There were more amenities than listed such as a propane grill with propane provided and a heated pool. The boat dock is wonderful. We had two boats and there was plenty of room. There is plenty of parking too. We didn't want to leave. We would recommend this property to anyone and would love to go back.

  This well-appointed and maintained house has everything a big family or group of friends needs for a fabulous vacation. The private, sheltered lagoon/dock can easily accommodate 3 or 4 fishing boats. Get in your boat, motor out of the dock and make a right if you want to go to the ocean (about 3 miles) or make a left to go back country flats fishing or lobstering. I just came back February 11, 2012 from a week's stay. We caught fish everyday and most of the fish we caught within 1 mile of the house. (Sea Trout, Grouper, Snapper, Flounder, Shark and I even hooked a tarpon - - very exciting.) The Looe Key marine sanctuary is only an 8 mile run from the house - - a great snorkeling or scuba diving spot.

  This Pink House on Little Torch is one of the best vacation rentals that we have had, in fact we were only going to stay the month but had to extend for another week since everyone was having such a great time. The description does not do this place justice. Recent renovation was done and did not miss a thing. Every morning you wake to a beautiful sunrise while you cook and eat breakfast. The new pool is as my kids say awesome. You can fish or catch lobsters right in the boat basin and tarpon swim on the flats. Barry Ave. has a walk and bicycle lane that everyone uses for their morning walk. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths with great common areas for gathering. The back house has 2 bedrooms 1 bath with a kitchen and family room area making this an ideal layout for more than 1 family or guests. For part of our stay we had 7 adults and 3 kids and did not feel crowded at all. Kevin, the caretaker is great answers all questions and keeps property in top working order. We even forgot to take out the garbage and he took care of it. We are already looking forward to next year.
