  Fantastic property ideally placed for visits to all disney parks. Property was well maontained with high quality furnishings made the stay very comfortable. Games room was a godsend for the children when weather not warm enough to use the pool. Good to have shop within the gayed community when you run short of provisions. Would recommend to friends and family.

  Our family of 5 recently stayed at Minnie's Escape, the home is beautifully decorated and welcoming, just as it looks in the pictures. Super location with easy access to Walt Disney World and not that long of a drive to Universal Orlando. Wonderful amenities - everything is upgraded and modern right down to the Keurig coffeemaker Very spacious living area, and super comfortable beds after a long day of walking through Disney parks. Lots of sun in the pool area, and a quiet restful community. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  We stayed in this home Nov 11 to 21, 2012. The home was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and well maintained with all the anemities you could need. The heated pool was a big hit. It was close to the parks within 10 -15 minutes drive. Grocery store is very close, but choose Publix(a short drive) over the one at the end of Formosa Road which is pricey and not real fresh veggies and fruit. There was a stroller (a small umbrella one) at the house but if you need a bigger more comfortable one there is a stroller rental place in the shopping center at the end of the Formosa Rd. that is great (better than renting one at the parks). Also at the end of Formosa Rd is an Outback restaurant. I will recommend this home to my friends and family and definitly return.

  This property is awesome! The entire community is awesome! We enjoyed our stay and it was indeed home away from home. My family will definitely use this property again. Everything was within a short driving distance. Especially the outlet malls. We loved having a personal pool. This was the best vacation and my family truly enjoyed themselves. Thank you so much!

  This was our first time in this home and we absolutely loved it. We stayed for two weeks here and then spent a week in Disney. We should have stayed here the whole time! It was just minutes away from Disney! The location was near enough to highways that all of other attractions were also very easily accessible. We never had to deal with traffic situations that we had to in previous visits. Just up the road was highway 192, which had all kinds of restaurants and stores. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. We have stayed in Florida rental homes before and this was by far the best! We had everything we needed, and more. Lots of room for the five of us (4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge games room!), games for the children to play, the pool area was clean and safe. Free internet and long distance calling was also a bonus! The kids could even hook up their Ds games! The maintenance of the area was impressive. Someone even came by and swept up the walkways when a few leaves fell. We were very impressed with everything. We had one small issue with air-conditioning and it was taken care of immediately. We liked the fact as well that it is a gated community and only those who are supposed to be there can get in. One of the biggest advantages of this particular house in this particular area was it's proximity to the clubhouse. It was very near so that our children could walk over there themselves to play the many video games, watch a movie in the theatre, go swimming, play tennis, or play in the playground. I honestly cannot think of anything that I disliked. Definitely recommend to visitors to the Orlando area!

  We so enjoyed the home we rented using the HomeAway site. The owner of the home was very helpful prior to our vacation and when we were in Florida. They left a nice book with helpful information on Orlando/Disney, etc. It was a quick drive to both the parks, restaurants and grocery stores. But the home was far enough from the main roads which made it peaceful for our vacation.

  This was my second stay to Windsor Palms, [we love the location]but my first visit #324133 villa. The home was clean and decorated tastefully.We would look to book with the owner again on our next visit to Orlando.
