WELCOME to 2600 Palm Blvd!
Our Oceanfront Beach Home has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms and is privately tucked away behind rustling palms in central Isle of Palms, South Carolina. We have a large screened-in porch downstairs with panoramic views of the coast and a cozy hammock to relax in. We, also, have a sundeck on the top floor that is perfect for reading a book in one of our Adirondack chairs. So grab the family and take a stroll down our private sandy beach path and build a sand castle. If you need to escape from the island, historic downtown Charleston is a short 20-minute drive away.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen is large, with plenty of room for an avid chef. There are white cabinets and fully equipped appliances. For a casual night, mix a couple drinks in our small bar area and grab a stool at the counter. We, also, have a nice dining area off the kitchen that is perfect for a six-person feast.
LIVING AREA
Our large, brightly-colored living room features a beautiful fire place and flat-screen television. There is plenty of comfy seating that offers a break from the sunshine, while still giving a fantastic view of the backyard and ocean. Open up the doors out onto the screened-in porch and listen to the wildlife play among the Atlantic waves.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom expands across the entire second floor and is its own private getaway. With a King size bed, Jacuzzi and a private balcony, this room is designed for ultimate exclusivity. The private bathroom, also, has a separate shower and large vanity. The balcony has the best view in the house-- especially at sunrise.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The second and third bedroom are on the first floor and share a jack 'n' jill style full bathroom. They both have two Twin size beds and are brightly painted a Carolina blue to reflect the sky. One of the rooms has a private access to the oceanfront screened-in porch.
The forth bedroom is cheerfully decorated in bright beach colors and has a Queen size bed. This bedroom has its own bathroom and television and features French doors that open up to the oceanfront porch.
OUTSIDE
We have a large backyard with a private path through the sweetgrass to the sandy beach.
The oceanfront screened-in porch has plenty of places to relax and listen to the ocean. Curl up with a good book on the hammock. Share a kettle of tea with a loved one on the rocking chairs. Set the picnic table up for a sunset meal with the family.
