DIRECTLY ON BEACH SIDE! Sugar Beach is a three story complex that offers a very family oriented atmosphere. It is a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation. THIS UNIT OFFERS A SIDE VIEW OF THE GULF.
Our condo is a two bedroom, two bath unit, with a queen bed in one room and a day bed with trundle in the 2nd bedroom that was purchased brand new in October 2009! There is also new ceramic tile in the 2nd bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient washer/dryer. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. The unit has ceramic tile floors and the master bedroom is carpeted.
We hope you will find our place as relaxing as we do. From the condominium the beach is just steps away. Sugar Beach has two Beachfront Pools (one heated), a Second floor pool, Baby Pool, Tennis Courts, Cabana Bar with food and drinks, BBQ Grill, Covered Parking & 24 hour Security.

Our daughter loved the bumper boats at the TRACK .
