Couldn't ask for anything more from this home! Beautiful location, in the heart of Princeville with AMAZING views. Nothing is like waking up to the picturesque landscape & feeling the cool breeze. We spent the week visiting a different beach everyday. We loved the outdoor shower, which made it so convenient with a bunch of kids coming home from the beach. The kitchen was nicely set up for the large group we had & it had every amenity we could ask for. The location is perfect for quick trips to Hanalei, enjoying an amazing meal & seeing the sunset at the St. Regis, or just hanging on the beautiful deck. I would absolutely come here again with my family. Why go anywhere else?Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Princeville Mountain View Home Even Better Than Expected! 5 Stars! Stephen J. Engh Camarillo, CA Review Submitted January 13, 2012 Date of Stay December 27, 2011 My family and I stayed at this lovely Princeville home for 9 days right after Christmas 2011. We were very happy with everything about the home and its amenities. The lovely veranda off the back had a view of the mountains. The view changed daily depending on the weather and cloud cover. The kitchen is large enough for several people to work in at one time and very well equipped (it even has a breadmaker!) and there is a large dining area off the kitchen. The house is well-ventilated and light and airy. There was a portacrib and high chair for our grandson, beach toys, games, tv and dvd player. It very comfortably slept the 10 of us. We were also pleasantly surprised with how nice the surrounding neighborhood is. It was a very short walk to Hanalei Bay and a longer walk to Hideaways Beach. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Rating: 5 out of 5 Respond to ReviewDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My family and I stayed for a week and had the best vacation ever. The view from the back porch is the nicest I've ever seen. We had loads of space and everything we could possibly need. We were close to the beach, hiking and restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed just walking around. I'd love to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This wonderful home has everything - amazing views, beautifully decorated, beach accessories (towels, boogie boards, ice chests, chairs and even lots of baby stuff - high chairs, play pens). I have rented more than 10 different homes in Princeville and this is definitely one of my favorites. The kitchen is well-stocked with great utensils for those who enjoy cooking at home, but the only drawback is the size of the kitchen - only one cook at a time! Kim, the on-island property manager, is wonderful to work with and she goes out of her way to meet special requests. She is quick to respond to initial and follow-up inquiries about the property. Trust me, you will want to live on the back lanai forever.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

I spent a week here with my family and had just an incredible time. The house is spacious and comfortable and I had no problems relaxing. My favorite thing to do in the house itself was sitting on the back porch reading a book, sipping coffee, and taking in the mountain view. The location couldn't be better. We were a short 10 minute walk from a cozy, snorkle-able beach and if we were feeling more energetic, a 10 minute drive would have us at the beaches in Hanalei (make sure to try Pat's Tacos!) The neighborhood is quiet but offers plenty to explore (ocean viewpoints, mountain views, golf course trails, a fitness trail, etc) which made my daily jog a mini-adventure. I would definitely stay here again and am already trying to figure out the next time I can make it back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I just returned from a week long visit on beautiful Kauai! We have been on many vacations, and never have been to a place so serene, romantic, and full of adventure. We stayed at this home in Princeville, it was spacious, clean, and inviting. The house had everything we needed and more, including a grill and laundry machines. In the mornings we would have our breakfast out on the back porch and count the waterfalls as the sun poked out through the rolling mountains. When we would get home from the beach we were able to hang our towels out on the clothes line on the screened in porch, getting them ready for the next day! In the evenings we would go to Hanalei Bay or the St. Regis to take in the magnificent sun sets. The location of the house was easy to find, and close to great beaches and delicious restaurants. This was an amazing vacation and we look forward to going back and staying in this home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
