  This property, located just a short drive away from the beach is within walking or biking distance to the beach. It is a great apartment/condo on a nice private street. I stayed here with my two dogs in March 2013 and found it to be spotless. The on-site laundry is great. There is a small yard to allow your dog to stay outside and it features every single amenity you can think of - even beach chairs,beach towels, bicycles, a nice storage area, high speed internet and the owners even had dog treats ready when I arrived. Super clean, nicely furnished. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Great price, too - esp if you don't care about not having - and paying for - a pool. In fact, I almost passed up the place when I was searching because I thought it was too good to be true. The place is nicer than the pictures show and it is extremely private with its own entrance and its own parking. Permanent tenants on the property are very friendly as are the couple of neighbors you may encounter. Owners care about the property and contact you personally prior to arrival and are available should you need assistance while renting the unit (although I didn't need any). They even put together a great book of things to do and places to try while you are in Daytona Beach. I would/will rent again without a second thought!

  Pleasant surprise on arrival. Everything was even nicer than the pictures show. It was obvious that the owners cares about their property. We had never spent a whole month away before, but this apartment was the perfect "home away from home". Centrally located, pleasant neighbors, nice little yard where we and Sally, our lab could enjoy the lazy days when we weren't sight-seeing. The owner was responsive to our needs. What a Great Vacation. We would very much like to stay here again.

  We sincerely appreciate you letting us rent Apt #5. Everything was, again, good and all we had to do was unpack and start enjoying our vacation. Then other tenants we met were very friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach and town is a great asset for this location. (2nd time staying here - 1st time was Sept 2011)

  The unit was everything we hoped for and we needed nothing extra. Jack enjoyed the dog park and playing with other dogs. We found lots of enjoyable restaurants and we shopped til we dropped. Our car is jam packed.

  My wife and I recently rented this condo for a vacation in Daytona Beach. When we arrrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the property was much nicer than shown in the VRBO photos. The condo was very spacious, and was clean and comfortably furnished especially the kitchen which was fully stocked with a variety of kitchen ware and appliances. Also provided were two bikes designed for rides on the beach and other ammenities for outside activities. The location was perfect for us; the condo was close to the beach and there was lots to see and do in the nearby areas. If our future vacation plans bring us back to Daytona Beach we would certainly want to rent this property again.

  The month we spent in this rental was so comfortable and relaxing. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. The place was spotless and decorated so nicely. Easy 2 block walk to the beach and they supply everything you need to spend the day there. We took our dog down to the dog beach at Ponce Inlet a few times and spent the day. It was great. The owners have a detailed book of recommendations that is so helpful. We can honestly say that there was nothing they could have done differently. We have already recommended it to friends. The owners really know what there doing and it shows. We will be back without a doubt.

  Since we travel with our 3rd family member, our year old puppy, it was great to find a place that actually welcomed dogs. The apartment is much cuter that the pictures show and is clean, comfy, cozy, and well-equipped with anything and everything anyone might need. The owners were very attentive to our needs and really went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we could possibly need. The surrounding area has great access to excellent restaurants,shopping, beaches, and just about anything else one might want to do. We spent a lot of time at the dog park and dog beach in near by Ponce Inlet. We had a great time and we're looking forward to our next visit which we have already booked.

  Daytona's BEST kept secret! Every ammenidty you could ask for and then some! Very clean! Great area and so close to the beach you can walk or ride the bikes that are provided for you! Most Definatly a home away from home. Eveything you could need or want is either provided or near by! Very convient for my dog and they was even a treats left for my dog!

  That is how we felt once we arrived at this beautifully furnished and maintained apartment. The pictures furnished are great but the apartment is actully better. Everything was spotless and very fresh smelling. As far as everything being furnished, i could not think of anything i needed that wasn't there. They even compiled a book of things to do and places to go plus the owners are just a phone call away anytime you need them, if you do. They even stop by and introduce themselves and make sure things are ok. The neighbors in this area are all great. No pool, who needs it. The ocean is a short walk. My wife and i are making plans for our next visit. I forgot to mention my dog. He had a great time on the dog beach. Thanks for everything.

  Looking to get away to the beach without living out of a suitcase all week? Then, you can put your feet up and relax because you’ve found the vacation apartment to make you feel like you’re home. Go for a walk each morning on the beach before breakfast or drive your car ON the beach and bask in the sun all day! This adorable, clean apartment is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. The gourmet kitchen is great for cooking every day to save some bucks or bring in take-out from the local restaurants, sit at the bar table for a relaxing meal and watch DVDs from the library. There’s plenty of closet space and we slept like we do at home in a comfortable bed with good pillows. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood just a short hop to attractions and Beach Street in town. We wouldn’t think twice about it….we’re staying again as soon as we can get away.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway.
