Welcome to our Florida Vacation home. We provide you with amenities to rival those of an upscale hotel, and you will find luxury touches such as pillow top mattresses, high pressure multi setting showers, widescreen HDTV's, DVD players and Ipod/MP3 docks throughout the house.
Our aim is to provide the highest possible standards for your vacation, and we are constantly upgrading the furnishings and amenities to ensure that your vacation is unforgettable. So far in 2009 alone we have added HDTV's and upgraded the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sunset Lakes is one of a small handful of communities located right by the Disney parks, as well as a huge choice of shops and restaurants.

Location and area

Sunset Lakes is a small gated community located in Orlando's most desirable Vacation rental area. In addition to the property's quiet lakefront location the community has a large swimming pool childrens play area, and a fantastic selection of local wildlife.
Our home is just 3 miles from the Disney parks and one mile from many quality Restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Sunset Lakes one of just a handful of communities that are close enough to Disney to allow you to leave the parks and return again later, something that many hotels cannot match!
The property backs onto a large lake, overlooked by your private deck with 28 foot pool and 6 person spa/jacuzzi tub. From here you can watch the hot air balloons glide over Animal Kingdom or even the fireworks at Magic Kingdom.
Living area
============
The house features a large open plan living area with a seperate dining room and a newly remodelled lounge/family room offering brand new furniture, state of the art entertainment with a brand new 37' HDTV (some channels in HD), DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities including a large fridge/freezer with that all important ice maker!. We even provide a blender for any budding mixologists!. The kitchen also features a raised breakfast bar with bar stools.
Master Bedrooms
=================
Both Master bedrooms have been upgraded with new furniture and feature pillow top mattresses and premium bedding. They also offer brand new 23'Samsung HDTV's,DVD players and Ipod/MP3 docking systems .The first master has direct private pool access.
Each master bedroom offers direct access to a private bathroom, with "his and hers" sinks and walk in showers.
Guest Bedrooms

The third and fourth bedrooms have also been completely remodelled with twin beds,brand new carpets, furniture and bedding. Both have en suite access to a full bathroom with a brand new walk in, multi-setting massaging shower. One of these bedrooms also has a cable TV.
Outside Living
===============
For al fresco dining we have a large table under a covered and lit Lanai. A large brand new gas grill (BBQ)is provided free of charge. There is ample seating for a large family as well as a selection of recliners and sunbeds for lazy days by the pool.

Features a pool table, full size table tennis table, board games and a seating area featuring a leather sofa with a playstation2/DVD console set up to a large flatscreen TV.

Sunset lakes is a small gated community. The gates are coded and monitored by CCTV. For additional peace of mind our house has a full brinks alarm system and child alarms on all doors leading to the pool deck.
This property is graded as Executive standard, meaning that it offers facilities and furnishings that rival those found at a luxury hotel. There are many similar sized properties in the Orlando/Kissimmee area but only a handfull achieve this grading.

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Lakes
We were looking for somewhere quiet and scluded, yet as close to the parks as possible. Sunset Lakes was by far the nicest comunity we looked at. At just 100 homes, this gated community is always quiet, yet just 5 minutes away from all the parks. So many of the homes we looked at were, in reality, 20-30 minutes from the parks and we were over the moon when we eventually found the perfect home
The Unique Benefits at this Executive lakefront pool home.
We had rented many properties ourselves before buying. Some were good experiences, and some were bad. We found that many homes had been given very little attention since they were new, with many still furnished with the original uninspiring furniture package. We have spent the last 4 years constantly upgrading our home. That is mainly for our own enjoyment as we stay at least 5-6 weeks per year. It is very difficult to avoid getting involved in upgrading the house or garden when we are here but for some reason it seems more enjoyable when you know it will also be appreciated by our guests.
We love to look out over the lake over breakfast, take a walk around the community in the afternoon, or pop down to the town tavern in Celebration for Sunday brunch. In fact, as I type this on the pool deck on a sunny Sunday morning, that is exactly what we plan to do in a couple of hours!
This is our 5th year of owning a vacation home. It has been an overwhelmingly positive experience and we get a kick out of making sure every guest gets to experience that "wow" factor, just as they should when arriving on a vacation
