We absolutely loved this vacation home! The rooms were very clean and inviting. The location and neighborhood were convenient and safe. We found the house to be organized and several handy amenities were awaiting us. Everything worked: the ac, the pool heater, the laundry washing machine, hot water. The house was spacious and comfortable and really made our stay in Orlando more spectacular. We even had exotic birds in the back yard. I will definitely stay at this house again and would recommend this to others!

Wow! What a nice home you have! Big enough our 3 children (4, 7, and 8 years) were getting turned around until we kept some doors open!! Of course we loved swimming in the pool and playing in the game room EVERY DAY too. Your house had everything & then some that one would want in a home away from home. This was our first experience renting a vacation home and we have to say David, you and your family have set the bar high for our future rental expectations! We can't see staying anywhere else! The property managers were attentive and prompt as well (we had questions on working the jacuzzi and the smoke detector batteries just needed changing) and came out to the house right away. This was our first time in Walt Disney World and you helped to make this a wonderful, memorable stay. We will definitely do this again!

This is our first time renting a house and David made the process very easy and pleasant. He was very responsive and helpful. We had to extend our stay by one day and fortunately, he was able to accommodate us. The house was lovely on a lake. We were able to use the heated pool in December. It was very close to Disney parks, Universal Studios and the Publix Supermarket. We had a wonderful stay. -Jeanine , Norwalk, CT

We would highly recommend this lovely property to anyone looking for accommodation close to the attractions and with a very good range of restaurants and shops nearby. It is in an ideal location to relax after the hustle and bustle of the parks. The pool was much enjoyed by children and adults alike. The standard of the property is very high and it has everything you could possibly need during your stay in Florida. The booking process was seamless and a very helpful information pack was provided prior to our holiday.

What a wonderful home you have, it was definately "home from home". We could'nt fault anything. We loved every minute, visiting Gatorland, definately a lot of "Gators". Universal with the new Harry Potter Land, even at our age we enjoyed the rides. Weather was superb, could'nt ask for better. 3rd time to Magic Kingdom, still takes me back to my childhood!!. Crazy golf was good too, filled an afternoon in. Swimming pool was fantastic, just what you needed to chill out everyday. We all went to Texas de Brazil, definately one NOT to miss, worth every dollar.(I could go on and on). Second stay in this home. As good or better than the first. Lots of room, great to get up in the morning and enjoy our coffee at the pool. Wonderful to come back to in the evening and enjoy the pool again. Tastefully decorated with all the possible amenities you could need. Close to shopping, attractions etc but not right in the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend!

The house was lovely. Got an issue with washer the first day but got replaced immediately to make our stay pleasant. Kids love the toys that were available in the pool. Owner was great in accomodating a smooth booking process and was very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this place.

This was our second stay in this lovely holiday home and we enjoyed it even more than our first. The house is quiet,well laid out and well furnished making it extremely comfortable and relaxing. The pool and lake made getting up each morning a total pleasure. With only a 15 minute drive to most of the disney parks and shops/restaurants only 5 minutes away it is so well located for an Orlando holiday. The condo is lovely. We started there during the beginning of January 2010 (during the cold snap). :) We were hopeful for using the pool but the weather made it not usable at that time. The condo was really close to Disney, shopping, etc. Definitely recommend the condo to anyone looking for a place to stay close to Disney.

We spent Christmas in this wonderful villa and had a great time! It is well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The children would have been happy to spend the fortnight in the pool! Thankyou so much for letting us stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. The home was all that you said and more. We had the best vacation ever. This was our tenth year staying at various homes and yours was one of the best. We loved feeding the cranes and their babies! The ping pong was awesome (we left some more balls). We actually had to get one more game in prior to leaving at 7:30AM!!! WOW!!! The Villa had everything necessary to make your stay perfect. From someone who enjoys cooking, I was particularly impressed with how well apoointed the kitchen was. The kids loved the games room and pool, a very relaxing property.

Thank you so much for the wonderful acommodations. I agree with many others comments, that every day we were at the park our kids (ages 9, 6 and 5) were the first ones to let us know that they were ready to head back to go swimming in our "private pool". We have been to Disney a bunch of times with them (all staying at hotels) and we have always been the ones dragging them out of the parks - this time it was much different. Oh and the table tennis tournaments between my son, husband and myself - I did make the championship one night I must add! We cooked on the grill (my son saw the racoon I am happy to say that I missed him) and felt like we were home. We miss it already! Thank you so much for thinking of every last little detail that we may need (strollers, cards, books and more). It was a great way to ring in the New Year!

What can I say except wow!! A fantastic villa in a lovely complex. Thank you for letting us stay in your villa, we had a wonderful time. If ever you want to sell give me first call!! The villa was so close to the parks you could almost Animal Kingdom. The icing on the cake for us was the pool. There was nothing better than spending a day at the parks and coming back for a swim in the pool. My daughter was in the Magic Kingdom and asks " can we go now, I want to go in the pool!!" We have visited the Disney area 5 times now and stayed in a different villa each time. This was the best yet!Luxuriously appointed with something to keep the whole family from 11yrs to 73yrs occupied. The kids loved the games room and we all enjoyed the pool. Even 4 days of rain from tropical storm Fay, didn't spoil it. Ideally located with Disney just minutes away and all the amenities of HWY192 practically on the doorstep.

Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay! The house is close enough to all theme parks and yet just far enough to not feel like you're still at the theme parks when you leave. Your ammenities are fabulous. We had no issues or worries at all with keeping two 10 year old boys entertained as well as grandmothers. We even got treated with some of those "wild life" guests you mentioned, who put on quite a show. Can't say who was more amusing, the long-legged group of 4 birds or the racoon. Now we know why there are latches on the trash cans! Thanks again.

We stayed at your lovely home for two weeks. The first week was just my wife and myself, and the location was perfect for seeing the space center, and other attractions. The second week our son and his family came down and went to Disney, and particularly enjoyed the pool, as attested to by our water-wrinkled 6 year old grandson. Having rented many places in the past we were extremely pleased with the comfortable furnishings, the spaciousness, quality and condition of the furniture, and the decorating which reflected your good taste and trust in your tenants. We stayed at this fabulous vacation rental home during the period of January 27/2008 to February 3/2008.This was our first time renting a house as opposed to the traditional hotel setup.I'd have to say that after this experience I don't want to go back to hotels again. The house was immaculately clean and well appointed. There was alot to do if you had kids and even if you didn't. The pool was fantastic as was the spa. Home was in a great and quiet gated community location....close to the major theme parks,shopping and restaurants.If there was ever any request,need or problem the management company was quick to come to take care of it. We were very impressed overall with our experience and would highly recommend this vacation rental property to anyone who wants to experience a great first rate holiday.The owner of this property is very professional and courteous and that is highly important when making a decision when booking a property. Two families spent Xmas here - what a way to spend it! I can't say anymore about the villa that hasn't already been said. It over exceeds expectations. What a way to eat turkey and xmas pud ! on a table laid up for eight - all the trimmings on the lanai deck and 80F - with a dip when the food has gone down! Location was fantastic for parks, shops and golf. In the immortal words of the Californian Governor - we'll be back!

We had a fantastic holiday, with some wonderful memories and lots of photos. The villa is beautiful and a real luxury for us. All of us were quite sad to leave it. Congratulations on your award by the way. The kids were hardly out of the swimming pool, they all love the water. The guest information was very helpful and accurate, and the villa is ideally located with everything being close at hand. We managed to get to 9 theme parks, but did need days to rest up in between. The beds were so comfortable which were a godsend after a full day in the parks.

The house was excellent – clean, tidy, with a lovely interior design located in a great central position for the many Disney parks.
