  This house is FABULOUS!!! We arrived late at night and we were so impressed with how beautiful the house was. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were all beautiful with fabulous art and beautiful furnishings. But nothing prepared us for waking up the next morning. Every window has an amazing view - including the walk in closet. There are 3 out door spaces which we spent hours hanging out on- they were all amazing with incredible views. The house is even better than the photos. Lastly- I was totally impressed with the owners. Kevin called the first day to check in- we could not work the hot tub( may not have understood how to work it) and the pool man was there within 20 minutes. Kevin then called mid week just to check in and make sure everything was going well. Then the last day he called to let us know that we could stay later as the next people were checking in later than expected. Amazing service!!!!! We will be back again and we thank Kevin and Billie for their beautiful home!!

The views are simply unparalleled…the location is PERFECT relative to downtown…and the layout of the home is the BEST I’ve ever seen!   One of the best vacations we have ever had. The house was beautiful and comfortable, we were calling it "home" soon after our arrival. Our "home" for the week provided a perfect setting to showcase Sedona. The views from every outdoor sitting area were peaceful, awe inspiring and are found nowhere else. The pool and spa area was our favorite hangout, how could it not be! The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, we enjoyed running and walking the area and siting wildlife. The home was walking distance to town which made this amazing place even better. So many things to do in the area, we plan on going back soon, and will arrange our stay at Hy Hopes Hacienda. It was a magical experience! Wayne's suggestions for activities and places to visit was invaluable. He should write his own travel book!

  My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for a long weekend, neither of us have been to Sedona before. After searching for places to stay in Sedona we found this breathtaking home, that was even walking distance to town. Before you even walk in the door you see the awesome outside patio with waterfall on front deck, you walk into to a beautiful spacious home, our bedroom was gorgeous and our bathroom was like our dream bathroom, even the view in the shower was amazing. The outside patio is the best part, sunrise to sunset. The view while you sit and relax on the patio is breathtaking, especially when you have the fire pit going staring at the amazing stars all night.

  With 360 degree view of the spectacular and famous red-rock of Sedona, this property is located at one of the highest and most strategic points in Sedona, a few steps from shops and restaurants. Inside our 2 families (4 adults plus 4 kids under 10) experienced pure luxury and comfort starting with the three unique patios providing different views of the mountains including one with a sizeable pool (heavily used by our kids) and a 6 person hot tub on the large patio. Inside, the gourmet kitchen and well designed dinning and living rooms with multiple fire places and other urban comforts made our stay inside this villa as pleasurable as our visit around it and gave us little reason to try many of the local restaurants. The bedrooms and the beds are specious and very comfortable with beautiful skylights and fireplaces and private designer en-suites. Outside, we were able to walk to the centre of Sedona in minutes and take short drives to numerous trails and other common local activities (shopping, yoga classes, coffee shops etc...). Kevin the owner and Wayne the property manager were great to deal with and very helpful, they made sure to be available to address any/all our needs at all time. I look fwd to visiting HY-Hopes Hacienda again in the very near future.

  This being our first trip out west to Sedona , we could not have picked a more "Amazing" home. This home is just perfect, the views are breathtaking, the sunsets are incredible, you sit in that saltwater hot tub and you just escape from the outside world. The owners thought of every little detail, fire pits on each deck, waterfalls ,sterio surround sound . Thats the outside, inside, the house is so beautiful,down to every little detail. The art work , fire place in the living room , every room in the house has amazing views. The dinning room table is perfect for dinner ,we cooked almost every night , after hiking all day ,you do not want to leave this incredible hacienda. All the bedrooms are so well appointed, you really feel like you are in the "Wild West". There are 3 bathrooms , and , so much space in the house you never feel like you are on top of each other . This was such a relaxing vacation, the owners Kevin and Billie are wonderful, with all there helpful tips on what to do and where to go . We are definitly coming back to Sedona, and we highly recommand this property to anyone who is traveling to Sedona. Thanks for making our vacation , "The trip of a lifetime".........

  My husband, son and I stayed at "Hy Hopes" a week ago (December 2011). The pictures on this ad "do not do this property justice". I was already amazed by the pictures before we booked our trip, but once my husband opened the door of this property, I actually could not stop saying "Wow, wow". Being a native Florida girl and only use to "flat roads, etc". , to walk outside and enjoy the beautiful sunset and see continuous mountains was breath taking. We also walked down the hill to the little town to have drinks and dinner. I not only felt completely safe, the people were so friendly and helpful. Everything is walking distance from the house, the grocery store, the shopping, drinks, restaurants, etc. The warmth that Kevin and Billie decorated this house with is beyond beautiful. I truly never wanted to leave. Being a travel agent, I have traveled all over the world and never once have I enjoyed a home/retreat as much as I did this house. I am just counting the time until my next visit to this house. This house is made for entertaining, weddings, company retreats, reunions or just a nice family vacation. Kevin and Billie, who own this property, were always available to welcome us (by phone) and to assist with any questions we had. It was very cold when we visited but we all went out to the hot tub and it was amazing. You can literally lose each other from room to room with privacy if needed. I want to thank Kevin and Billie for an amazing trip my family had at "Hy Hopes". I truly can not stop saying "AMAZING" to describe how wonderful it was. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year. I will be booking another trip to "HY HOPES".

  Where do I start??? First of all Kevin was more than helpful and accommodating to get me in for a last minute booking! I have another home that I have stayed at multiple times before coming to Hy Hopes. While it was lovely, it could not hold a candle to this 5 star property! As an Interior Designer I could more than appreciate all of the little and BIG details that made this home as wonderful as it is! The artwork alone took the best of Southwestern art to the pinnacle of tasteful. I am a detail person and noticed all of the character throughout the entire home and property. The views......TO DIE FOR. The location, PERFECT. Large, yet cozy with the fireplaces. A comfortable, livable home. That is hard to find in a high end property! Nights in the hot tub provided soothing comfort after hours of hiking and star gazing that only Sedona can provide. I used to live here so I am fully aquainted with many properties and areas. But I would have to say that one of my favorite parts of my stay (and trust me, not easy to narrow down!) was having my coffee in the morning in a beautiful bay window nook overlooking the outdoor waterfall. I could go on and on. All I need to say is that if you are looking for a truly special stay in "God's Country" as we locals call it....... this is the place to be. Keven told me, once you stay here, you will go nowhere else and he is right! I have also spent many years at Enchantment Resort. Never again. It is a place near and dear to my heart, but I think I have found a new love!!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay and I will be back VERY SOON!! :)

  What an incredible home! We went to Sedona for a romantic getaway, and this home was absolutely ideal. The inside is exquisitely furnished, yet makes you feel as if you are sitting in your own home. The outside patios offer 360 degree views that are nothing short of breathtaking-with a beautiful pool and hot tub, outdoor grill, great fireplaces and water features. Watching the sunset from the pool deck was so incredible it inspired my boyfriend to ask me to marry him! We cannot wait to go back to this beautiful place; the hiking was great, varying in length and difficulty, the food and restaurants were incredible, but once you step foot in this house your not going to want to leave. It really is like having your own private mini resort all to yourself. Now that we've discovered this unique home we cant wait to grab some friends and go back. Trust us if you want to have a re-energizing, relaxing, and one of a kind vacation this home is where you want to be!

  This house is beautiful! We recently went to Sedona for 'girls weekend' and enjoyed every minute of it. As you can see from the photos, it is an unbelievable place to stay. The house was clean, everything is in immaculate condition. You can walk into town, the restaurants and shopping is great. We even ventured out and did some rock climbing - the views are spectacular. Watching the sun come up from behind the red rock our on the front veranda was awesome. The pool deck was where we spent a lot of time - the pool, spa, fire pit and bbq kept us busy, not to mention the views. We totally enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back. This is definitely a great property.
