  Spring Break in Fort Myers was an execellent choice. Lots to do and perfect weather. The house was a perfect fit and kids loved having the private pool all to themselves after a day at the beach. Great location! Would love to return in the future. Owners were great to work with and could not have been more helpful. Everything we needed was provided including bicycles!!

  Just returned from staying in this cozy, clean, perfect beach house. We loved the location. Every morning a very short walk to watch sunrise, dolphins, sea turtles, and manatees in the bay. Afternoons were spent at the beach made easy with the wagon filled with rafts and lawn chairs. Fort Myers Beach has the best restaurants and shopping. The beach can't be beat with the pure white sand that feels like flour and sunsets that light up the sky for an hour. Fishing was great!!! We'll be back just as soon as possible!

  DEALT DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER RUSTY WHEN WE STAYED THERE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE ON THE AREA. THIS HOME IS EXCELLENT AS WE LOOKED AT SEVERAL OTHERS WHILE WE STAYED THERE. I HOPE ANYONE WHO STAYS HERE TAKES GREAT CARE OF THIS AS IT IS NEAT AND CLEAN LIKE THE BEST OF HOMES. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS AVOIDING SAND FLEAS ON THE BEACH IN SEPTEMBER. THEY SEEM TO BE WORSE AT SUN UP AND SUN DOWN.THE HOUSE HAS BIKES / WAGON / BEACH CHAIRS AND POOL.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  My husband and I rented this house through the winter months from 2006- 2010. We enjoyed our time there. The house was nice and clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied. It had plenty of linens. The owner was always available and took care of any of our needs. We loved the star fruit tree in the backyard. The dock at the end of the block is available for all the homes on the block. It was a great place to meet all the neighbors. We made many good friends while we were there. Along with meeting many of the neighbors down at the dock, we were able to see so many interesting creatures.We were able to see manatees, dolphins, egrets, stingrays, iguanas and many more just by sitting on the bench down by the water. We were also able to see a very rare Red Ibis fly by in the evening amid all the white ibises. Anyone renting this house would be very happy there.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

  My wife and I stayed in this home for 3 months, from Mid-August to Mid-November 2004, just a short while after a major renovation was completed. We enjoyed our stay in every way. The pool was great for a daily "dip," and the solar heaters kept it toasty warm, even after the weather started to cool down. The dock at one end of the street was great for fishing, while the beach at the other end (both just short walks away) was great for long strolls and watching sunsets. The owner was always available to provide advice and help. He lives just a short distance away. Fort Myers Beach has some great restaurants/shops, and other world-class attractions such as Sanibel and Captiva islands, are just a short drive away. We recommended this home to relatives , who decided to go with a cheaper inland condo, which we still believe was a big mistake. Try it. You'll like it!

Sorry, no Student Groups. Our minimum rental age is 30 years.

A $500 Deposit and a completed Rental Agreement is required to secure and confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

We require a $100 cleaning fee plus we collect an 11% Sales/Bed tax on all rentals.
