  This was my first VRBO expertinence and I was very pleased. Agent met us promptly and walked us through everything. The apartment is in a great location - walking distance from the Spanish Steps. It was adequate for five adults. Would definately come back.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

  Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement/hôtel. Il est confortable et idéalement placé à côté de la place d'Espagne et d'une station de métro. Nous saluons également la gentillesse des propriétaires

  The apartment was absolutely perfect for us, it was clean, spacious and well planned with full equipped kitchen with microwave oven and a living room with a TV. The location is the best in Rome, with close walking distanse to all the main attractions and restaurants and cafés, a supermarket just around the corner and a metro station close to the apartement. We were a group of friends + a 1 year old baby living in the apartment and it worked perfect, we are all very satisfied with our stay. Fabio was great and very service-minded, he gave us good ideas where to go for shopping and sightseeing, arranged transfer from the airport, and when our luggage was delayed he did everything to help us get it sent to us. When we go back to Rome we will stay at Spanish Steps apartment again!

  I thought I 'd loved the stay, but the expectations vere far below of what I had! Great Location, Great service and , of course...Great City! I'll recommend it to anybody that is planning to stay in Rome!

  The flat was very comfortable ,situated in a very good position right in the centre of the city! it was really clean and the service was excellent! enjoy your time!

  We went to Rome with our 7 year old son and we all felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything from the bathrooms to the a/C was new!,. The bed was comfortable (one queen size bed and not two small beds pushed together!!!) The kitchenette was great for coffee in the morning and I even cooked pasta- well equipped kitchen. Very clean with two nice large windows that allow the sun in. The apartment location is a great place to sightseeing. Right up the street from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and many other landmarkes. When going to Rome location is very important and this unit is located very centrally.The accommodations looked exactly like the photos on line. We loved coming "home" to our own place after a vigorous day of being out and about in Rome
