The master bedroom and second bedroom have luxurious King Beds with their own private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a separate 3rd guest bathroom. Located in Palm Coast Florida, it is centrally located just 60 miles south of Jacksonville and 90 minutes from Orlando. Disney World makes a great day trip if you manage to pull yourself away from the sandy beaches! You are just 20 miles from Historic St. Augustine and the World Golf Hall of Fame. If you drive south 25 miles you will find the Daytona 500 International Speedway. The charm of small town Flagler Beach is just 8 miles south on A1A. So much to do...so much to see!
Within close proximity you have tennis, fishing, boating. bike paths, and golf. Treat yourself to the Ocean Hammock golf course with 8 holes on the ocean that surrounds the community of Cinnamon Beach. There are numerous, moderately priced golf courses within 10 to 15 minutes of the community.
This particular unit is non-smoking and no pets----smoking is allowed on the outdoor private patio.

Our family of four has been fortunate enough to have vacationed at this lovely property three times in the past 5 years! It is extremely well maintained and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The furnishings are first class, as is the entire resort property. The beautiful beach is just several steps away and the pools are wonderful as well. One of my favorite things about the unit itself is the spacious master bath. The large lanai is a great place to start your day with coffee, overlooking the lagoon and all its inhabitants. While maintaining a family friendly atmosphere, the resort never feels crowded or seems noisy. St. Augustine is a nice day trip with great shopping, a variety of interesting restaurants and has quite a bit of American history as well! I cannot imagine anyone not loving this place!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is one of the nicest Florida condos we have ever stayed in. It is very large, and has a quiet beautiful view of the lagoon. It is a corner unit, so has that extra space that really makes it private. The ocean is just a short stroll away, and is always "heard". Love it. You will not be disappointed in this condo. The furnishings are also very comfortable and lovely.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
