My Family of 6 stayed here in mid July. The home was everything we expected and more. Need to bring yourself and clothes and you are ready to stay. The owner was very NICE and Helpful. The property manager was very Nice as well. Great neighborhood. Pool was great the kids really enjoyed our time at the house. The ducks are also friendly they came to visit every morning. We will be contacting you on our next trip to Florida.

This house was very entertaining. From the pool to the movies given, to the ping pong table, we were never bored. We have a very big family so this house gave us all a place to be. The house felt just like at home. Really comfortable! Thank you for everything.

This was a great villa for our family vacation! Lots of space, and very kid-friendly. Easy drive to parks and restaurants. Would come here again. Pool and separate bedrooms were a big selling point for this villa!

Terrific! Well appointed home - felt perfectly comfortable from Day 1. Great location too. Pool is a must - great to come home at 11pm or so and have a relaxing swim. (left a body board for future families too) :) Will look forward to coming back.

Lovely comfortable villa in a good location, very well equipped, we had a lovely time here. Our son was fascinated with the crocigators! (as he calls them). And our daughter loved the tea set, beds really comfy too! Our only request would be to have a door lock high up on the front door, as our 2-year old kept letting herself out. Recommend Boggy Creek airboats, that was great fun! We even got chance to hold a baby alligator! Thanks for letting us stay in your holiday villa, Lee, Emma, Max and Grace

Having stayed in other villas on Cumbrian Lakes we new that the area was quiet and had lovely surroundings and wild life. However we preferred the layout of this villa especially as we had 2 teenagers! The villa was spotless and had all the equipment you could wish for in the Kitchen, although we tend to eat out most of the time. I would recommend the villa to family and friends and will certainly enquire as to the villa's availibility when we return to Florida for visit number 10!!

My family and another made a trip to Orlando for our daughter's dance competition. We decide to stay together for the companionship and to save money. The 4 bedroom condo was plenty of room for all eight of us, and it was in terrific shape. Having two master bedrooms with private baths worked great for the adults, and the kids loved the bunk beds (even at 14 and 10 years of age). My son brought all his PS-2 games and was even happy to play a few of those that were in the villa. The older girls had their own beds/bedroom as well and we even had room with the pull-out couch for a local relative who came to visit one day/night. Having the private pool is wonderful - it was nice to come back after a long day and relax by the pool and have a cold drink (or ice cream) from the fully stocked kitchen! We filled the full-size refridgerator between the two families, and several times made dinner to share in the villa - it was nice to have everything we needed. The subdivision itself is gated, secure and quiet. Trash pick-up was twice a week which was convenient. We all drove, so packing for 1/2 the days and using the laundry was also a benefit. The location was terrific. The drive to Disney is no problem - about 15 minutes each way. There are plenty of local stores and restaurants (192 is packed with them) and since you're a bit off the main tourist tract, there seemed to be a lot of options for local flavor without the tourist pricing. The guys played Kissimmee Oaks golf course one day which is only 10 minutes away - terrific course, lots of water, and inexpensive. There were a few other very close options as well. Bottom line is that I won't stay at a Disney or off-property hotel again. This condo is 2x the luxury at 1/2 the price (or 1/4 if you share with someone!) This unit is very clean, well equipped and trouble-free. I also liked not having to check-in or deal with a lot of paperwork, key exchanges, etc. when arriving/departing. Logistics are a breeze as everything was arranged before we got there. Thanks again for a wonderful week.

Lovely villa, children loved the pool. Disney overrated but firworks and parade very good. Everyone really enjoyed Busch Gardens. Medieval times is a must - arrive a little early and stay late for autographs. We were in line for ours for the grand openeing of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter on June 18!!! LOVED IT !! The Forbidden Journey Ride was fanstastic!! Line too long for Butter Beer but heard it was good. Poppy, Grammy, Kim, Lindsay and Timothy will be back to visit Harry, Expecto Patronum!!

The house is fantastic - perfect for 2 families and we loved all the extra touches and details provided. The only concern was the door locks for smaller children, and the pools thermostat being broken. We had a fabulous time, thank you. The gate code changed before we got here! Your home is beautiful Kathryn and wonderfully provisioned. 4-5 adults at various times - lots of room for us all. Florida weather unusally chilly so we didn't get much use out of the pool - our only disappointment. Everything to the do with the villa works very well, we will miss it!

Just returned from a 3 week stay at the villa and we had a fantastic time. Great location with easy access to 192 and I4 only 15-20 mins away from main park attractions. Pool and spa were fab and the inside of the villa was lovely with everything you need to feel at home. Would definitely recommend it.

Had a really good time, villa excellent. Been out and about, Cedar Key (Very good but long drive), Merritt Island – Blue Springs seeing wildlife etc. Chilis and Ponderosa good. Pool was cold for first two days, but pool buy fixed and good for rest of the stay. Would like to come back sometime and certainly recommend
