All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total stay cost. Rates do not include taxes and fees.

If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. CANCELLATION POLICY: Summer: (May 1 – October 31): If reservation is cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival guest will forfeit 10% of lodging plus 7.81% Amenity Fee. If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival guest will forfeit all monies regardless of reason of cancellation unless unit is resold.
