Villa Valletta is located adjacent to Villa Sky (325498) and The Chateau (326753). These three villas can be rented together for large groups of up to 35 persons.
This freshly restored farmhouse enjoys great views over the beautiful surrounding countryside and out to sea. It is very stylish and spacious throughout, Villa Valletta combines rustic Maltese stone walls with a host of modern amenities, including air conditioning in all the rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Within the grounds, there is a pretty terrace with plenty of natural shade. There is also an inviting pool surrounded by sunloungers, making this the perfect place to spend relaxing days in the sun. If you enjoy the beach, you will find the nearest just two kilometres from the farmhouse.

Villa Valletta is exactly as described and was very clean and well maintained. Customer service is at the top of the owners list, Chris was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile even though he had had to wait up until 2.30-3.00am as our flight had been delayed. A nice little touch to this accommodation is the Chickens at the end of the garden, there was a fight most mornings as to who would collect the eggs for breakfast! Would we sty here again? We had the most wonderful holiday while staying in this villa. The villa is spacious and has all you need to live comfortably in luxury for 2 weeks or even more!. It has a TV, Wifi and all modern kitchen appliances. We used the air conditioning for the whole holiday as was August after all!. The villa is located in the most beautiful and peaceful village setting. It is just minutes away from the main roads leading to all main towns. We drove to Valletta a lot during our stay which only took 20 mins by car. Marsaskala town is beautiful at night, with many pubs and reasturants serving both British and Medetarranean food. There is a lovely shop open till late that serves the most wonderful pancakes! The swimming pool in the villa was just delightful and the pool boy came each week to maintain the pool. In the very high temperatures of August, the pool was essential!. The airport is a 10-15 minute drive from the villa and car hire is essential! We hired cars from Joes rent a car, who were excellent. We have now stayed in 5 of (Chris's) the owners villa's, and are so very happy with the service we recieved. Chris is on hand literally 24-7 by mobile phone for any questions or information you require, and really does make you feel so welcome. We take personal care in ensuring that our Villas provide all the expected amenties and personally handle tenant issues. The Villas where designed and built by the owner, Chris Cachia, an architect by profession with a keen eye for aestetic detail as well as an expertise in Maltese architecture. Chris has ensured that the Villas retain the local style in both design and the authentic building materials used. They are all built to high standards, with large rooms and wide open spaces. Chris gave special attention to natural lighting and ventilation to ensure that the occupant enjoys the Maltese sunshine even when indoors. Mrs. Josette Cachia, the owner's wife handles client queries and manages the day to day running of the Villas which includes managing a team of plumbers, electricians, pool maintenance staff, cleaners and so on. The Cachia's home is very close to the Villas and they are always prepared to help.
