New interior finishes include new furniture, custom kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, and fresh paint, giving the home a sunny, beachside, cottage feel. New exterior updates include a new screen porch and outdoor deck/lanai for "al fresco" dining. "Life is Good" has the perfect location. It is located on the south side of 30A, on a cul-de-sac. No roads to cross, just walk out the door and stroll minutes to the beach and pools! It is very family oriented - complete with white picket fences, American flags, and ice cream trucks.

Antiques and slip covers throughout lend themselves to extreme comfort and relaxation in Life is Good. The house has three bedrooms, each with its own full bath.
