I really appreciated the cleaningness of this property...ok I am a clean freak, this is very important to me, in finding the right condo for my family. It was very spacious and accomodating, lots of pillows and blankets. So I highly recommend this condo for a large family.

This was our 2nd stay at this property, and we had a wonderful weekend! The condo is in great shape, with new, comfy furniture. Kids love the heated pool, parents the hot tubs! Shuttles to mountain and downtown are a dream. Didn't hurt that the powder was breaking at our knees! :)

The condo was very cozy and very accomodating. The location was minutes from the gondola and there were shuttles running to and from every 10-15 minutes. The condo faces the pool and hot tubs and everything was convenient for our stay. Fully stocked with kitchenware! Would love to stay there again.

Great location, great unit and pool... we had 2 families in here with 3 little kids each and had plenty of room. And of course, having a big pool and jacuzzis came in handy after skiing.... shuttle was easy, the management was so nice and helpful in getting us wherever we wanted to go. No car needed. Thanks to Kirsten for being such a helpful owner before and during our stay!!

We have been visiting Steamboat Springs for almost 20 years and found this condo several years ago. Once we stayed here, we knew we would always try and reserve the same accommodations for our yearly visit. We have returned now for 7 visits, I think. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you would expect plus some (kitchen spices, hair dryers, etc). The staff is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. The shuttle service is excellent and runs exactly as scheduled for excellent service. The location is great, very convenient to slopes, shopping, restaurants. We will definitely rent again.

Our annual moms and sons trip was so enjoyable at this perfectly located unit in Timber Run. It overlooked the pool and tennis courts, and since rain was intermittent that July 8th weekend, it was nice to just peek out and see if the courts were available. We had nice separation with the boys upstairs and the moms downstairs for sleeping and relaxing. The unit was clean, well stocked with the necessities and very comfortable. The staff was available and very helpful, and for an older facility (1980's?), the unit and the property was well maintained and had a newer appearance.

We had a fabulous time at the condo. We easily fit our two families and Kirsten was so accomodating by alerting the staff we needed pack n plays for the little ones! The unit had everything we could need and we were very comfortable and pleased. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and pool being so close by as well. We just arrived back in Nashville a few minutes ago, and I wanted to send you a quick note thanking you again for the use of your wonderful Colorado home. It is so nice to become as familiar with “home away from home” accommodations as we have with your property. We feel so comfortable returning and knowing the location, the layout, what you provide, etc. It makes the trip so much easier and relaxing to plan for. As always, everything was very nice, and we truly try to leave everything as it was when we arrived except for the dirty linens, of course. We also want to thank you for the gift card for Safeway. Our grocery bill for feeding a 27, 25, and two 22 year old males can be astronomical, so it was well used and appreciated. We are already looking forward to our next trip and will be in touch as soon as we know when it will be. Thanks for everything.

We had a great week of skiing at Steamboat staying at your Timber Run Condo. The location was very convenient and the staff in the office went out of their way to be helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable and surpassed our expectations. The private shuttle service made having a car unnecessary. Our family and friends loved the condo and Steamboat. The management staff was very helpful and friendly and the shuttle to the slopes made skiing very easy. Everyone loved the hot tubs and pool after a long day and the convenience to downtown.

Hi Kirsten, I’ve been on the road since we got back from Steamboat, we wanted to write sooner. Both of our families thoroughly enjoyed the trip—Timber Run and your condo were great. The people that work the front desk at Timber Run couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful, or accommodating. One afternoon while folks were in the hot tub, they not only brought down a robe for our friend from the room they also brought him down a beer from the fridge—nice service! The complimentary wine was a great hit too! With the large amount of construction going on we used the shuttle system to get around vs. walking. The path from your condo to gondola square has this new $100 million dollar complex going up! The expansion in the square area is huge! Not sure if you’ve seen it. The skiing was phenomenal—no lines no waiting! Our trip was highlighted with a three hour out of bounds (by accident!) trip that saw some beautiful Steamboat back country in the High Point Falls area, including Canyons and Endless Gully. In hindsight we wonder how we got there, but it’ll be a lifelong memory for the adults and our 11, 13, and 14 year old kids—they thought it was incredible! Fortunately, we did find a local (after 2 hours) that guided us back. Great guy, wouldn’t take our offer to pay him—he just enjoyed that our kids were such great skiers and kept up with him!! The sites we saw and skied were pretty amazing! Thanks again! The staff at Timber Run should be highlighted whenever you “sell” the condo—they were all very very good!

We stayed in the condo over New Years - fun was had by all. Our overseas guests learned to ski - the kids had a whale of a time and loved staying here. The pool was a big hit afdter the slopes and the donuts were essential each morning as we waited fo the shuttle. We skied until our feet fell off and enjoyed every moment. It's always great to stay at your place whether it's summer or winter. The shuttle from the condo to the ski gondola is a great convenience and in the summer it quite nice to be so close to the bike paths. The condo is such a great place after a wonderful day of activities. I especially like the well equipped kitchen. Thanks for making the place cozy and very homelike.

Hi Kirsten, We all had a wonderful time in Steamboat. We travel quite a bit and most always stay in hotels. The condo was so relaxing and a lot more fun. It was the perfect size. Steamboat in the Summer is beautiful. We definitely want to go back. There were so many fun activities in town and at the condo. The service was great. The kids loved the pool, hot tubs, and tennis court. My friends and I played just like we were kids, with the kids. It was great. Thanks again, Tracy

Our group just returned last evening from our stay at your Steamboat condo. I cannot say enough good things about our experience, including the quality & convenience of our lodging and Steamboat in general. It is obvious that you have maintained the condo as you would maintain your own home. Thank you! I've stayed at many complexes when skiing, but this is the first that had a true concierge type office. Everyone there was superb. There was never a feeling that you were asking the impossible. The shuttles were beyond convenient too. Steamboat Springs provided one of the most positive skiing vacation experiences I've ever had. Thank you so much!

Kirsten, Thanks again for the great hospitality. This is the 4th time we have stayed in your condo/home. The fact we continue to come speaks volumes. The unit is clean, there is plenty of room for everyone, and the surroundings are perfect. The shuttle to the slopes is easier than some of the ski in/ski out units I have rented in the past. What a terrific place to have a White Christmas! Not only was the condo set-up perfect for our two adult children (one with a spouse), but everyone could do their own thing because of the proximity to the slopes and the shuttle service offered by the management. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices that we found we were even able to do some creative cooking we hadn't planned on! It truly was a vacation home--and we felt like pampered guests!

Kristen and Family, We had a wonderful stay at your condo and just happened to choose the best monday ever to play hookie from work and school. Monday, the 13th of March, we woke to an unbelievable 18" of fresh "Champaign" powder, the likes of which even some veteran skiers in our group had never experienced. It was a magical experienced. Kirsten, Just wanted to say thank you for sharing your condo with our family and friends for our vacation. The layout of the unit worked well for us, with the 2 king bedrooms on separate floors and 3 baths. We especially enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen and large dining table, as we ate breakfast every day and cooked several dinners there. The shuttle service to the slopes and to town were excellent, and the concierge service in the office was friendly and helpful. Best of all, it snowed almost every day while we were there! Kirsten, it's so nice of you to write. I appreciate you calling to check on us during the vacation. This is our third year staying with you, we can't imagine going elsewhere when we come to Steamboat. Years ago, my senior partner gave my wife and I good advice-take your kids skiing at an early age and they will want to spend vacations with you as they grow into adults. This year was certainly the case as my oldest 2, ages 22 and 20, left their girlfriends at home and went skiing with us. To answer your question, yes we would love to come back next year. I should have a better idea of the exact dates by March 1st. We had a great time, as always, and your unit fits our needs perfectly. The upgrades will be fine, but your unit is so nice and easy for everyone. The snow was incredible. We've been going to Steamboat for over 15 years and this is the most snow I have seen at this time of the year. It snowed over 30 additional inches during the week we were there! We took time and watched the Olympic trials and had a blast. Thanks again for your hospitality. I look forward to confirming everything in the weeks to come.

Excellent place and well kept decor. We had a wonderful family stay in the large well decorated condo. Great in the summer. It is nice to come to a place that has spices (thanks for the notes and letting us know we are welcome to use), cookware and plenty of room. The owners do a great job communicating and making your stay welcome and easy, as well as saving money. The pool and tennis courts are fun too. I would love to return in summer or winter. Hello Kirsten - Thank you so much for the service of your condo this past weekend in Steamboat! We had such a great time! We did everything from the alpine slide to the gondola ride and the rock climbing wall! On the 4th, we went to the rodeo and watched the fireworks! It really was great. Your condo is wonderful, as is the complex and all of its staff. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. We hope to return again to do some skiing this winter. A great place to stay...and, I discovered that if I arrange the adjustable blind up from the bottom of the window, I can see only the mountains when I wake up in the morning! What a joy for a city girl! Thank you for sharing your thoughtfully furnished and appointed home away from home with me. Everything that I could want for a vacation was there for my use.
