  I stayed here in Feb. 2010 and really had a wonderful overall experience. The unit is quiet, comfortable, and close to town. I would happily stay here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  A very nice condominium. Sleeps four at least. Large rooms, beautiful furniture and very convenient to the base of Ajax. This unit has been remodeled by the owner since he purchased it a few years ago.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My wife and I have stayed at the property several times. We have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the unit. Especially attractive is the convenience of being able to walk to virtually all parts of the town of Aspen, including Aspen Mountain and the shuttle busses to the other ski areas.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

  The property was as advertised. I especially liked the spacious layout and brightness of the unit. The best part was its proximity to town, grocery store, restaurants etc. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

  I would recommend this condo with delight. We stayed in it on two occasions, and found it clean, quiet, and gracious in its appointments and personal touches. It is well located about four blocks from the ski lifts, which is an easy walk. I preferred being slightly removed from the noise and activity of the downtown area. It felt as if we were going "home" when we returned to the condo, it was a small sanctuary.

  I have stayed at this condo three times and found it to be as billed. The in-town location is great--everything is easily reachable on foot, including the Ajax Mountain base and the shuttles to the other ski areas. The place is comfortable, clean and well maintained. I look forward to returning again and would recommend it without qualification to friends and family.

  This condo. is in an excellent location, near enough to walk to restaurants, down-town Aspen, shops etc., but on a side street so it is quiet and comfortable. The condo. is clean and easy to maintain, with all of the modern appliances. It is attractive and cozy, yet spacious enough to accommodate friends and teenagers. You can eat meals in the condo., or easily walk to great restauants. I highly recommed it as a rental.
