  This is our 5th time to Cabo and our 5th stay in Bayview Suites. As always the location is the best as you can walk to town but also have the Baja Beach club and Baja Brewery right there as well. The condo is beautiful and there is nothing like sitting in the hot tub on the deck after a long day at the beach. The owner is very helpful and we looking forward to going back soon! Thanks!

  This is our third time to Cabo. We have always stayed at Cabo Villa which is attached to Bayview Suites. This time we rented in Bayview Suites. The unit was great. It had everything we needed, great view of the ocean and a hot tub on the deck. We had daily maid service. The location is unbeatable. A two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk into town. We felt completely safe in this area. Thanks for everything Jay.

  Owner response: Bayview Suites is where the action starts! On your doorstep is the only swimmable beach in Cabo. There are plenty of water activities and several beach restaurants and bars. I make every effort to ensure that my guests vacation is absolutely perfect. My condo is beautifully decorated and has a great patio with views of the Sea of Cortez.

  This condo exceeded all expectations. The owner is awesome and will help you with all aspects of the trip. The photos dont even show truly how amazing the villa is. Plasmas in every room, tempurpredic beds, and beautiful furniture. This isnt one of those places with the cheap gross furnishings, every thing is top of the line. From the beautiful leather, very comfortable to sleep in sofa to the perfect outdoor couch. The outdoor funiture isnt even shown, every night until 4 we stayed out in the private jacuzzi, this room was amazing and is a deal! I plan to come back and stay in this exact same room, thestay was amazing and the resort is great. No suprise charges or hassles, everything was perfect. If you are struggling to decide to get this room, just get it, you wont be dissapointed. We actually found this room cause the reservation on our other room was screwed up and i couldnt have been happier.

  We took our high school daughter and her friend to Cabo for spring break and had a wonderful time. Jay was prompt and professional in booking his unit and we would definately rent from him again. The unit is beautiful and the pictures are exactly what you are getting. we could not have asked for a better spot on the beach, and the staff was very friendly. We said no to the time share tours, and were not asked again. I recommend the pizza at the Brewing Company, and the staff on the beach is outstanding and friendly. The beach was very busy and if I had smaller children the stairs might be an issue, but for us it was right in the action which is where we wanted to be. We had been to Cabo before and will go back again!!

  Location, elegance, spacious, outstanding views, courteous staff --- This vacation rental offered it all, and then some. The tasteful decor, along with the balcony overlooking the beach, Sea of Cortez, Pacific Ocean and Los Arcos makes for the perfect vacation. Two master suites and the luxurious accommodations in this high end unit, as well as your own private hot tub on the balcony, you feel as if there may not be any reason to leave the condo. But as you leave the condo and take a short stroll through the resort's tropical pool area and you step on to the beach, you experience all of the best Cabo has to offer. Good food, ice cold beverages, party bands, water sports, and even affordable massages all await you right on the beach.We suggest taking the water taxi to Lover's Beach, Divorce Beach, and Los Arcos. No need for a rental car either as the shops, restaurants, clubs and casino of downtown Cabo are just a short 5-10 minute walk away. The Marina is right there and a great place to catch a dinner cruise or a deep sea fishing boat. Great area also for dining and drinking. So if you are looking for a great vacation destination and great accommodations, then this unit at Cabo Villas is one we give 5 stars. We can't wait till our next trip back to our Mexican Paradise.

  We just spent a week at this property and were very comfortable in the unit. Everything the owner presented were accurate and meet our expectations. This was my families 5th trip to cabo and the location was lively at best. You can walk to every part of cabo and the location was the best we have stayed at. The resort was run very well. The owner was very helpful and we would recommend the unit for anyone looking for a lively stay. Our favorite restaurant Edith's was literally next door and we a found a new gem to eat at "the hacienda ".

  We stayed in the condo for two nights. The location is excellent if you desire to take advantage of being in Cabo San Lucas. The beach, restaurants and night clubs are all in walking distance. The unit is well furnished with comfortable bedding. The owner is very responsive and the property is well managed by the on site staff at Bayview.

  We just spent a great week here and it was even better than expected! The villa is in a perfect location - a great view and on the second floor so only a "few steps" to the pool, ocean, restaurants, and bars. Lots of room with all the amenities of home. Spent the week with our two college-age boys who had a great time and found a lot to do. The location is great - within walking distance to marina, downtown, and all the action on Medano Beach. Even though it was supposedly the busiest time of year we were never bothered by excessive crowds or the noise - even on New Years Eve! The owner was great to deal with - everything was as described. I hope we can spend some more time here in the future!

  My boyfriend and I planned our vacation here for a week in September. The condo was absolutely amazing, we felt like we were in a newly furnished model condo. The king size tempurpedic bed was so comfortable to sleep in, we had a good-nights sleep every night. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. We could sit in the hot tub, with our drinks, and watch the sun go down. Amenities at the resort were wonderful. Five restaurants, a salon/spa, and the beach right at your fingertips. The marina and center of town were also walking distance. Had a wonderful time. Already planning our trip here again for next year!

  We had a wonderful time at your place! Your unit is lovely, especially the beautiful décor, modern kitchen and spacious balcony. The Cabo Villas, it's location and their service was perfect. We hadn't been to Cabo for many years and hope to return again before too long. Due to the shortness of our stay we did not attend the timeshare breakfast but happily I was able to negotiate good prices on our activities at directly on the beach. In case you are interested, here's what we did: Waverunners $40 for 40 minutes Parasailing $40 per person (my 3 kids did it and I got to be on the boat for free to take pictures) ATV's Migrano Beach $40 per person (included bus transportation and 2 full hours of riding) Kayaks 2 on one kayak for $20 1 hour + But our favorite part was swimming right in front of the hotel, toes in the sand meals and hanging out your lovely balcony.
