This beautiful two story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Victorian house is approximately 1650 square feet. Ideal location, walk to town and the beach.

The beautiful coast line of Pacific Grove where you can watch the sea otter, harbor seals and a verity of sea birds is just minutes from the house. If you are looking for some quite time, just pack a lunch and fine a great spot on one of the many benches along the walking path and enjoy the sun and the incredible surrounding. You may even get to see some of the local fishing and whale watching boats as they return to and from Fisherman Wharf.

Just minutes from the house you will find the Pacific Grove Municipal Golf Course for a great day of golfing. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated in 1990.

You will find a fireplace in the living room. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, the house is heated by central forced air furnace. The lovely den off the living room is a great place for reading one of the many books you will find on the shelve or for watching one of your favorite TV shows. The property is equipped for your entertainment with cable TV and DVD in the den and cable TV in the master bedroom.

The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodate at this property is six. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a queen size bed and the master bath, feature a stall shower.

You will find a queen size bed in one of guest rooms and a trundle bed in the other guest room. They share a separate bath feathering a shower over a tub. There is also a half bath next to the living room area down stairs.

A washer and electric dryer are off the kitchen for your convenience.

You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! A deck off the dining area is a great place for a BBQ or for just sitting and socking up the sun. The small back yard is fenced.

The property has hardwood floors thought the down stairs and carpeting upstairs in the bedrooms.

The dining table off the kitchen area seats six or more comfortably if you use the covenant ottoman. The kitchen is equipped with a self-cleaning gas cook top range, a built in electric oven, a handy microware and full-size refrigerator which will make it easy for you to cook a light lunch or full dinner. Clean up is a breeze with a dishwasher and disposal.

This property is located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row; a short dive will take you to Fisherman’s Wharf, and the great restaurants of New Monterey and the shops and galleries of Carmel or to great golf in Pebble Beach.
