This charming architect-designed, non-smoking beach home is located right in the heart of Rosemary Beach, a stone's throw away from the Cabana Pool and all the amenities of the Town Center.
This full-size house (not a carriage house or flat) has two private queen bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bath, and a half bath downstairs. It can sleep six and is located right on the boardwalk that leads directly to the to the beautiful white sand beaches and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico about 400 yards away The house is also perfectly situated next to the cabana pool and a gated playground making it the perfect vacation getaway for a small family or two couples.
For your comfort, one bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bath and balcony. The other bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath. Each bedroom has its own 23" flat screen TV as well as a DVD player. The living area has a full sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances and conveniences to assure your cooking pleasure. Porches off the upstairs master bedroom and downstairs living area provide a comfortable setting for taking it easy. In addition, there is a private patio off the kitchen with a gas grill and eating area to cook and enjoy a steak or freshly-caught fish.
The Rosemary Beach Community has a total of four pools (one indoor and heated for cooler temperatures), tennis courts, and first-class restaurants and shops within walking distance. Additionally, there are five golf courses within 20 miles of our house. We have 2 adult Biria EB Cruiser bicycles for you to enjoy the 30-A bicycle trail which connects the nearby coastal communities of Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. In addition, we have a wagon to tote all your beach gear to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here...the house was very comfortable for my husband and me and our two children. The house had everything we needed for our stay, was well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. Awesome walk to the beach along the boardwalk. My niece and I spent a wonderful week at the Point of View cottage. Enjoyed being walking distance to town, the beach, etc. The house is very nicely appointed, with everything we needed including kitchen utensils, pots and pans, spices, as well as other amenities including bicycles, beach chairs and a wagon to take things to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation at your beautiful little cottage! Construction on the house behind yours was a tad bit noisy, but nothing some ear plugs couldn't fix. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant and we enjoyed rolling out of bed and drinking way too many Amavida cappuccinos! The cottage is beautiful, well-stocked, and spic and span. 30A is one of my favorite destinations, and this place did not disappoint. My in-laws enjoyed their first visit to the Gulf so much that we spent most of the weekend researching real estate for them to purchase! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making the rental process so easy.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have stayed at this house many times and we absolutely love it! The house is always clean and well supplied with towels & kitchen necessities. Everything is well maintained and in working order. Having beach towels is great for those who are flying in (luggage ). Wifi & TV's are another added convenience. Most importantly the house is so close to everything and unless we were leaving Rosemary Beach, we walked everywhere and/or used the bikes. Will most definitely stay at this house again,Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I would recommend Point of View to any small family seeking a great retreat to Rosemary Beach. The house was beautiful inside & out. The amenities were great. I liked having the washer/dryer upstairs. We used the bikes everyday and the small wagon was so helpful toting our beach stuff back & forth. The photos of the house don't do it justice. The location was perfect. We had the Cabana pool close by as well as the playground. And we could walk to any restaurant in RB. We will definitely rent this house again for future trips to RB. Thanks!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

We just enjoyed 4 nights at this very nice 2br beach house with our daughter and her husband and infant child. Very accommodating owners and home included nice extras like beach chairs, beach towels, wagon to take gear to beach, two bikes, great gas grill, and fully equipped kitchen. We will return. My husband and I visited Rosemary Beach for the first time in September, and we fell inlove with this place. The cottage was perfect for our small family, and the location was great. We enjoyed riding the provided bicycles around the community in the mornings, and we were just a few minutes from the beach and the square. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and we just didn't want to leave. We will definitely return the next time we are able to vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Point of View. The location is convenient to town center and just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The cottage was perfect for our family of four and we really appreciated the use of the bikes and beach wagon. The owners were great to work with and promptly answered any questions that we had. We rented the cottage for a summer vacation with the family. The cottage was perfect for the four of us, even roomy enough for two teenagers! We were so happy with both the cottage and Rosemary Beach! The cottage became like our home and after long, hot days on the beach we looked forward to retreating there for dinner on the patio each night. My personal favorite was relaxing on the master bedroom deck each morning to paint. Rosemary Beach was amazing! The perfect place for a family vacation. We can't wait to go back!
