A Beautiful and newly renovated Beach House directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. You'll get beach view from the deck, living room, kitchen/dining and one of the bedrooms.
We purchased this beach house in 2010, and then we had it totally gutted down to the bare concrete walls. This whole house is like new, new walls, new ceiling, new wiring, new plumbing, new heating and cooling. It now has all new hurricane resistant windows and shutters. The whole place is completely updated.
The entire upstairs living area is tiled. Kitchen and baths have granite counter tops. All bathrooms have slate colored tiles, with designer trims, giving them a spa like feeling. Recessed lighting throughout giving the place plenty of ambiance. Living room has all new rattan sofa ,love seat and beautiful beach themed decor, plus a 46 inch HD LCD TV newly installed. Ceiling fans /lights are in every room. All bedrooms have new HD LCD TVs installed and mounted.
Kitchen has all new stainless appliances, including new electric range, new microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We also have toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer..... We also have beach themed stoneware, new silverware and kitchen accessories...too many to name. There's also a set of brand new high efficiency stacked washer& dryer.
The front of the house and deck face the Gulf across the street where the sun comes up. And where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view , listen to the waves, and feel the ocean breeze. Bedrooms have their own wrap around deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the privacy of your own backyard anytime.
The house is decorated like a beach side cottage with wicker/rattan furniture and brightly colored beach theme quilts. Bath linen are color coordinated to give you a feeling like you're in your private spa. I hope you'll find that the place is as nice if not better than I described.

I enjoyed a perfect stay in a delightful home on South Padre Island. Natural light floods the well appointed house. The best part was that you could see the beach from virtually every window in the living room. The kitchen and baths all boasts granite countertops. Everything in the home was brand new – I felt like I was their first guest. The spacious tiled shower, fluffy towels and comfortable couches added to the overall comfort of this home. Each room even had a large flat screen television set with cable TV.
The island kitchen was stocked with every utensil a cook could need. But if you prefer not to cook, there’s a delicious restaurant just across the street. It was so nice to be only steps away from exquisite beach side dining.
Another incredible feature of this home is the spacious second floor patio. I spent quite a bit of time there just enjoying the beach views. But that’s not all, I walked down to the beach and within minutes was catching the highly sought after gulf trout and redfish.
What a wonderful vacation! It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach and has an amazing view of the water. My trip to South Padre was everything I could have asked for and more.

-Pristine location, safety, inexpensive, and immaculate would be words to describe what we all thought of our stay at this location. *It is located less than a stone's throw from the beach. The part of the beach where it is located is peaceful and not too crowded. However, if you are looking for a crowd it is a short walk between two popular hangout places: Wana Wana and Boomerang's. *The second floor of the house is the living quarters with a spacious balcony. This bring as sense of security as you are safely above ground with a great view of the beach during a cookout! Moreover, access to the second floor is safely guarded by an electronic combination lock in the 1st and 2nd floor. *We had friends visit during the day that were staying in nearby condos and resorts, they could not believe how much they overpaid at their stay. We compared prices and by far we received a great deal for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. Not only that, but all the furniture and electronics at the apartment were in great condition, it seemed we might have been the 1st people to stay there because of the great condition we found everything to be in. *The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Stainless steel appliances, Wi-Fi, t.v.'s, washer/dryer, all sorts of kitchen utensils, grill. My friend enjoys decorating as a hobby, i really don't know much about it to be honest with you, but he was impressed with how the condo was decorated with granite and something about the chair having some sort of finish. The colors and dressers gave the condo a beachie feeling to it. The gals loved the place just as much as the guys did. *There is a great restaurant in front of the location, they have the best margaritas, trust me you have to try the frozen Mango and Strawberry margaritas, the gals couldn't get enough of them. There is a great pool at the restaurant available. There are rental places and stores a block away from the house. *We really enjoyed the place. We are planning to return hopefully in Memorial Day. The pictures don't do it justice. We saw the pics and didn't know what to expect but after seeing the condo first hand we were all pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful it was. All the rooms and bathroom are very spacious. Good luck on your search for a condo, this one definitely merits consideration.
