  7C has one of the best views available and is exactly what the pictures depict. The condo has all the comforts of home with modern appliances and furnishings for easy living and comfort. The spacious patio overlooks the pool area and the beautiful gardens with full size palm trees and tropical plants. We especially enjoyed the full sun on the patio during our morning coffee before going to the pool for a swim. The afternoons were full, with trips to the village and other areas on the peninsula. The foods were authentic and the experience of the local cuisine and atmosphere was refreshing. The resort is quiet, clean and well cared for in every detail and makes the trip feel grand!

  What a fantastic trip! -Just 5 minutes from the airport and about a mile outside of Placencia village. Located right along a beautiful white sandy beach with snorkelling available in the warm Caribean Ocean right outside your door. A beautiful and spacious condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a luxurious kitchen and a beautiful deck to sit and enjoy your meals or coffee right by the ocean and overlooking the salt water pool. Air conditioning and Wii Fii are a nice added bonus. It was great not to fight over beach chairs by the pool and a nice "honour system" bar by the pool made it very relaxing.The property and condo are well maintained and the air conditioning make it very comfortable. The service was great and all our questions were always answered or trips arranged. Headed on the Monkey River tour and did a half day of snorkelling with our 8-year-old son. Also headed to restaurants in the village for fresh seafood dinners or even burritos and hamburgers for those who like the standard fare. The key phrase is that is very beautiful and relaxing. The condo is "one of the best" in the complex. I would recommend it to anyone!

  Imagine, waking every morning to the site and sound of the Caribbean literally just metres from the huge deck. Change your perspective slightly and your eye is drawn to a marvelous salt water pool, with cozy couches and thatched roofs above. Inside, this spacious condo unit has been completed with all the high-end finishings you would expect in your own home. Each room had its own air-conditioning unit which made every evening comfortable adding to an already relaxing atmosphere. Living space is nothing but spectacular. Located just outside Palcencia, walking or riding a bicycle to will get you to one of the most friendly places we’ve ever visited. There are numerous restaurants and bars throughout the village, with many right on the beach. This was by far, hands down, one of the most beautiful and relaxing vacations my wife and I had taken in years. There is only one way to describe spending two full weeks in a fully furnished, luxurious condo unit, on the Caribbean, in Belize……priceless.

  My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo in 2010. This unit was not only welcoming but luxurious at the same time - it is more lovely than the pictures could possibly reflect. Everything is very close by, 5 minutes from the airport but not to worry you will not be impacted by the planes at all, it is a lovely walk or bike ride or car ride into friendly Placencia. We preferred to mostly walk but there are all options available. Placencia has some wonderful restaurant options for you to enjoy but the unit also has a well equipped kitchen if you would prefer to be your own chef. We also made a day trip to do some cave tubing....there is so much to do but the best option is relaxation!!! We highly recommend this until to all.
