  We stayed at this lovely home for our spring break. I had researched quite a few properties in the area and decided on this one because of the location, view, and creature comforts...It was perfect! The owners are a delight and genuinely want you to enjoy their home. The home had everything!

  thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our family had fantastic time at your house! With the slopes so close and the amazing lake view it was relaxation for body and mind. Everything was impeccable and we enjoyed every second of our time there. If I had any suggestions it would be to have few extra pots and pans for cooking. I know that most people don’t cook while there but occasionally you might have family like us that eats three homemade meals a day. I enjoyed cooking in your kitchen overlooking the slopes. We hope to come back soon! I can only imagine how great summer stay would be.

  Thank you for the use of your lovely home for us to celebrate our Mother's 80th birthday! The scenery was beautiful, the neighborhood was awesome but most importantly the view out of the living room was SPECTACULAR. The house was comfy and you made our arrival more than welcome. Thank you for the lovely welcome basket...We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

  We spent this past Thanksgiving weekend at this rental home in Incline Village. We had a wonderful time - enjoyed the lovely master suite (bedroom, bath & sitting area), sauna and workout room, jacuzzi tub, kitchen and living room. The VRBO video portrayed this house perfectly. It was spotless upon our arrival and was very easy to tidy up when we were ready to leave. The view of the lake from the house from all vantage points was spectacular, especially in the evening as the sun was setting. It was a wonderful family weekend - we (2 adults and 2 kids) were able to all comfortably fit on the oversized (and inviting) couch in the evenings and pick from a variety of dvd's and videos to watch. There were shelves of books to read if we were bored (which we were not). We took walks, ate an amazing meal at the bar/restaurant down the road from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, took day trips and just basically relaxed in the comfort of this "home away from home" in which the owners thought of everything to make our stay pleasant and memorable. It is in a convenient location, has plenty of room and would be a great place to stay winter, spring, summer or fall. We will definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

  My husband and I stayed here with our two young children and were quite comfortable. The house is immaculate and very well furnished with beautiful furniture. It was like staying at our own private luxury hotel. The shower in the master is amazing and we definitely took advantage of the sauna. I cant say enough about the view. This place is a gem simply because of the view. Just incredible!! The location of this property was also very convenient. Close to skiing, sledding, shopping and restaurants. The beds were quite comfortable and have electric blankets. The fireplace in the master bedroom kept us nice and warm. Nice selection of movies and books, and some toys for the kids. Thanks for the wonderful, snowy getaway and for the sweet gift bag of goodies! We look forward to another stay here, hopefully next year!

  The property is exceptional. The house and the views are BETTER than depicted. The house is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, and the owners cannot be more gracious and responsive. One of our party wants to return to this very property for vacation with her family. The North Tahoe area beautiful. We were ther during "shoulder" season, so we did not ski or swim, but we toured the entire area from Tahoe to Truckee to Carson City to Virginia City to Reno, etc.

  My husband and I rented this lovely home for the first three weeks of October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is breathtaking, and the interior is warm and inviting. The master suite is amazing with its gorgeous view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and the two additional bedrooms were large enough for our family to visit in comfort. The Tempurpedic beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The gift bag with its snacks, pasta, sauce, and bottle of wine was a nice touch. We never got tired of watching the sun rise and set over the lake. After staying in this warm, inviting home with its beautiful views for three weeks, I can’t imagine staying in Tahoe without being able to rent this house. Suzannah was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

  This home is just what it is a lovely home, very comfortable all you need to be right at home and did I say clean...very clean. The view is beautiful more than I hoped for and the sunsets breathtaking. You can't go wrong with this home, and the owner is always a call away. Thanks for sharing your home.

  Great location and top notch views! Located within an hour (or less) of Reno, Truckee, Virginia City, and South Lake Tahoe. Owners were extremely open with communications and very gracious hosts. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, with Tempurpedic beds, washer/dryer availability, and a killer master suite. We used the kitchen several times to make our own home-cooked breakfasts/dinners in lieu of going out. All cookware was provided which made things easier. We were also greeted with a welcome bag from the owners that contained snacks and a bottle of wine. Can't wait to visit again!
